After 2 years using them, I've often been double billed, when calling in to correct, They often have a lot of difficulty seeing it or understanding.
Service is pretty good but support needs work. The guy who tried to help had me jump through so many hoops only to reset my service and that doesn't even work.
I spent two hours trying to get a hold of customer service. 1 star.
I've been using Airvoice for a couple of a years and while customer service - needs - improvement, you get as good of coverage and quality as AT&T. It's much cheaper compared to other plans and it's prepaid, so there's no extra charges sneaking up on you.
