I've used them for several years. No issues other than no tethering. Not the absolutely cheapest, but close enough to make it not worth switching.
I have a new sim and cannot activate, "under maintenance" pops up. Chat has said 24 hours every day since March 3.

I've been a Black Wireless user for 3 years with no problems. They are low cost and they use AT&T's network. Yet, recently I was charged TWICE. I tried to get a refund but all they did was apply the second charge as credit for the next month.
