Boost Mobile is just what I needed. It's simple to activate and it's cheap for what you get.

Unlimited plan is super limited. When your data is maxed out you get essentially no data at all. Coverage is small too. If you live in the city, Boost will work great, but the further you get away from the city, the more unreliable the service becomes.

Boost Mobile does the job. That's all there is to say.

I call customer service for help and they just tell me to call someone else or that there is nothing they can do. Been a costumer for several years

I’ve been with them for many years. I was all ways satisfied with their service until this year. Since Sprint sold them I’ve had a lot of dropped calls, bad reception. Trying to get through to a actual customer service person is a real headache. I had the unlimited plan. It’s not unlimited once you hit a certain cap they go from LTE down to 3G. I’ve never had this problem until this year. Finally had enough and my Wife and I switched carriers. Will not be back.

I was with Boost for a long time and decided to upgrade to my first Iphone. Six months later after calling support a couple of times I decided to try a different carrier (the phone was ridiculously slow at work). I paid the regular rate for my I phone (400.00) and when i called them to unlock my phone they said I have only had it for six months and I have to have it for 12 to unlock it. I was on a month to month plan and paid cash for the phone. Needless to say, I did not read that in the small …print. If you see them asking if you want an up grade, its a trick to essentially get you into a "contract". I had Metro a while ago and Verizon has been really nice (offered to refund my money). I of course will be with anyone but Boost now, phone be damned.Show more

For 6 month I to their store and complaint and they said that they will boost my signal of my phone and change

There have been multiple times where I had an issue, called support, and was given the runaround. First was with an MMS issue, after a reset they sent me to the phone manufacture to fix the issue only to be told it was a network issue and when I brought it up to Boost I was then told about the network issues they were having for a week now. I switched carriers and needed my phone unlocked, they told me to call AT&T and Sprint to unlock my phone, both carriers told me to contact Boost because… it's their juristiction. When I brought that Up then they went into details and found whomever unlocked my phone did it incorrectly. When I accidentally threw my phone in the wash and I told them I don't have a waranty they just sent me to the phone manufacture to confirm instead of just telling me to get a new phone. It's not worth the headache, go with another provider because Boost cannot fix their issues.Show more

Sad to see Boost Mobile go downhill. Been a customer for 4 years and I'm just fed up with this. No data or access to internet. Customer rep blamed our phones (but we had returned them for different models) and later the towers. I'm just done!

It's a great value but the signal is a little spotty. Most of the time it works though.

Terrible phones, even more terrible customer service. They do nothing to help their loyal customer base. Utter crap.

Boost is an amazing service. Love the customer service, love the low bills, love the data speeds. I can't recommend it enough!

Customer service is really understanding, helpful, and patient whenever I need a problem solved.

I've been a loyal Boost customer for years but in the past couple of months my internet has gone down multiple times. I've tried every solution they offered but to no avail. Sad to say it's time to move to another service.

Boost Mobile is a very good company. There isn't a hard data cap. You'll apparently be throttled a bit at peak times but I don't really experience that.

I've been unable to get service with their unlimited plan and their customer service team is quite rude. Switched to Metro and I don't regret the move, not even for a second.

I like Boost Mobile and how focused on service they are. They charge a fixed rate for cellular service so no worries about what your next bill will be. The quality of the sound is also really good.

Boost has recently changed their terms and they're not good. Now they count streaming towards the data used and they charge by the gig. I don't like where this company is heading.
