I've been using Boost for a long time and have been witnessing deteriorating customer service. I struggle to understand any of the representatives now. Sad how far this company has gone.

Boost Mobile isn't a good service. I never received text messages that I was supposed to get.

They claim to have 4g but I've been getting slow speeds. Like maybe 3G speeds. Slowest service I've ever used.

Bot will not let you talk to a live person. Horrible return policy. Lost Money on a phone that I was not able to activate. Do not have high expectations that I will get my money back on the phone I bought. SCAMMERS stay away from this company
They’re quick to give false information
I had became a customer about a month ago. The lady representative at the store told me that there was a promotion for $60 a month for two lines. She did not specify anything about paying $100 first month and then I pay $60 each month after. On top of that she was charging me $100 a month for a different plan(many mistakes). I found this out a month later after trying to pay my phone bill. I spoken to three customer service representatives and they told me to go back to the store and ask for my …refund since I have been overcharged on my first payment. I went to the store and seen the same lady and she told me there was nothing she can do that she was supposed to charge me the $100 the first month and then it would be $60 after. Then one representative said you got a plan for $35 each lone (which is still not $60 a month)I basically was told from different representatives different things and I was just so confused,I never been more confused about a phone company.On top of that boost mobile said that I paid $90 cash when the lady at the store charged $200 on my debit card . I think she pocketed money and I asked her politely for a manager and she said no I’m not giving you my managers number and that there’s nothing she can do. I canceled my service right away and disputed my charge since it seems boost mobile will steal from you. Never will I go back to boost mobile again.

My account was reduced from $391 to zero because I was 2 days late adding money because my husband had passed away and he dealt with this. Company policy I was told - Shame on them.

The customer svc is horrible and I paid for service I did not receive. They wont help you. They lock your phone (your personal property) in hopes to get more money! Crazy and sketchy company. Stay away!!

We tried to get our account deactivated after the store rep put us on an expensive plan we did not ask for and then told us we would need to purchase a new phone from them to use the plan. It took 7 hours on the phone to resolve the issue.

I pay through auto withdraw but without stress of a contact; myGB go up regularly, my bill has gone down. And I'm able to buy a new phone anytime with monthly payments. I love boost and recommend them to everyone!!!
Battery is really good
I've been using this phone for a week and it has been a godsend. The battery lasts forever!
