I've been a Galaxy user for the past decade, but I finally made the switch to LG because the Galaxy phones got too expensive for me. LG really stepped up their game with the LG V35.

Once a customer don't expect anything from them. Repeatedly broke their promises to me.

Horrible. I bought a used phone from them and did not want to use there service nor was I told I had to. I just wanted a used phone now they won't return my money within 7 days of receipt and they hung up on me. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

I don't recommend Boost. They just a rip off and the lady took 2 hours just to add 1 line to my service and said because she was on her lunch break.

I've used Boost Mobile for years and have had no problems. I easily add money to my account once every 3 months which is as little as $5. What I don't use is carried over as long as I re-boost on time.

Boost Mobile customer service has always been awesome whenever I needed them. When I was in financial trouble and needed a phone they hooked me up with a month for free. I'm a lifelong customer.

I've been using Boost for years primarily in the Tampa area and their cell service is great--no dropped calls. Their website is challenging to navigate though even after all these years.

The service has frequent intermittent interruptions in service. But I found that if you complain loud enough they will eventually credit your account. I got Boost Mobile because they offered a 'shrinkage plan,' after being on the plan for several months they abruptly stopped it. I only keep them because I get unlimited service for $45 a month.
