Really bad service, low speed on internet is not 5g slow like 1g , on my home the most of the time I don’t have service, i love boost mobile service before ,now isn’t good 👎,I will move to the other company soon
My 4G data was so poor I couldn't load anything on my phone. I was only able to make phone calls.
I had Boost for half a decade before I called it quits. When they split off from Sprint (no fault of their own), they steeply declined. I was missing a sim card when I bought a new phone from them. I tried calling for help but they just sent me on a wild goose chase until I managed to connect with a rep. They didn't help me with anything whatsoever. I went to another provider after that.
Returned to Boost
I thought I'd try a different network after being with Boost for so long. The customer service wasn't nearly as good as Boost's so I decided to come back. While Boost isn't the best network out there, I prefer the support.
It wasn't easy to set up: there are a lot of hoops to jump through. Not the greatest coverage, but that's to be expected since it uses T-Mobile.
Costs very little compared to T-Mobile. Highly recommended.
No exception to any rule
During the pandemic I had a hard time making ends meet. I asked Boost for an extension or any kind of help on my bill, but they said no. During a pandemic, with other providers helping those struggling. But no exceptions with Boost Mobile!
Do not trust anything with this company! I bought a lemon phone from them and when I returned it they didn't give me a refund. Still waiting on that refund.
They only care about money
I've been on Boost's network for over a decade. It was a good service for a long time but when the owners changed, it went downhill. Their plans are robbery now - $15 for 2GB? $50 for unlimited? Other carriers have way better deals. I swapped to Mint Mobile and have never been happier.
Avoid at all costs!!
Boost Mobile is a very incompetent company. They canceled my service like I asked, but they didn't unlock my phone, which left me pretty stranded. I tried to call Boost, but they refused to help me unlock my phone citing that my number was already ported so there was nothing they could do. Poor management all around. Boost Mobile is smooth until it isn't.
