Boost Mobile 2GB SIM Card

I had Virgin Mobile forever and they were great and then Boost bought them out. It’s been bad ever since. I can’t wait to change carriers. The harassing phone calls and texts are the worst! I hope they lose so many customers!

My family has been with boost for over 5 years and ever since they started going Thur TMobile towers are service is horrible we NEVER have service or calls drop ALL the time we were told to wait till new sims cards come out and when we finally got them our service STILL DOESN'T WORK ! We have been paying 134.00 a month for NOTHING . I hate to leave a company we have been with for ever but we are done

Boost Mobile offers appalling service. The customer care was horrible. After spending an hour on the phone they said the Sim would activate to make us stop calling.

I went to get a new SIM card. Store person told me my phone was to old. I need a new phone. I told her okay. I would buy a Samsung. When I got home I had a moto G. I called her back. She said I could not return it. I call the company. They said they could not do anything about it. Bye Boost I am changing companies. Please beware of these workers.

I absolutely love Boost Mobile. I switched to them from Metro by T-Mobile and I couldn't be happier. Even though they have a 35GB of data, that doesn't matter to me because I have home internet. Customer service is decent, could be better but all of the agents I've spoken to have been really helpful and kind. Boost Mobile has a pretty good store footprint, and they offer phenomenal deals on phones, and excellent phone plans to meet your needs as a consumer. I have there $50 plan and love it! Boost Mobile also uses AT&T and T-Mobile Towers for reliable and strong coverage. However, they will be migrating more and more customer's preferably to AT&T because of stronger coverage and better 5G! Boost has been excellent for me, and I don't know about anyone else's experience but again I couldn't be happier and I highly, highly recommend them for a carrier because they are the BEST in prepaid.

My pay as you go account was started about 4 Years ago and at that time it was Virgin mobile; virgin mobile was bought out by Boost Mobile and I was told the plan i had and the money in my account (now $267) would transfer to the Boost account and the pay as you go terms of service would continue with Boost mobile.. Now because they are changing their service to 5 g i was told if i dont buy their new phone and pay $35/mo and a charge a $45 for connection they will close my account and I was told by their store If not done by March 31st my account will be closed and I would loose the money that is in my account ($267).

This is my money in my account.. i talked to their customer service and they said they can not refund MY money. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and every on line place i can find. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I asked for the number of their corporate office and their representative said he wasn't allowed to give it to me

Had a family plan 4 lines. 1 line stopped working couple days after bill paid and they refuse to compensate me. Ended up dropping line and still no refund. They told me if I canceled service, even if only used 4 days of service they would compensate me. Even after I told them their horrible service was affecting my work. I’m not going to be held hostage in this account. HORRIBLE!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

RUN AWAY, not enough words to express my over 5hr experience with them. Now passed 30 days that they can not activate 1 year prepaid service. Purchased phone with 1 year service. Registered on line and got email to call them. Over 5 hr on the phone with many CSR, no results yet. They issue 3 tickets for refund, closed and none end up with credit to my CC. Professional level of the CSR are below zero. And this applied to all levels there. One person named Lynn was OK. Just stay away.

I was given a point number by them and they changed it without notfying me. Service is horrible. It's hard to get customer to help with anything.!

Ordered two phones activated one and one isn't registered to network so it's horrible
