Helpful and kind customer support
Sometimes Gen Mobile made mistakes but they're always quick to correct them. One time I got a bad phone from them but they sent a new one quickly.

This is a great service for my child! Affordable, great customer service. However, the transfer and renewal process could have been a bit better.

Got Gen Mobile for my daughter, and so far she's been really happy with it. She can use social media and watch videos with the data we purchased. Definitely considering using the service myself.

Purchased the LG large size smartphone for my mom along with the month to month unlimited calling plan. Basically cost me $79 for phone and first month. I called in to activate. Only small hiccup was I was on the call for about 1/2 hour sorting it out but to be fair their customer service guy was very patient with me. If you want something cheap but good these guys are perfect for you.
gen mobile's a great value but not a lot of phone choices. no iphone x!
