I've been with Great Call for 3+ years. I havent had to use customer service often but the reps were excellent when I needed them. My phone is long lasting. Conveniently fits in purse or pocket.
I've had my device for over 1 year now and ive been very satisfied with the product and the service. I usually use it at least twice a month. (I have MS, fall out of my wheelchair, or get it stuck in the yard.) The Five Star rep answers immediately. He or she gets the right 911 people. The rep stays on the line with me until the 911 people arrive.
