There's virtually no customer support at h2o wireless. There only seems to be bots there. I talked to 2 agents to help me solve my connectivity issues but they couldn't help me outside of offering the most basic, obvious solutions like "did you restart your phone?" A very frustrating experience.
H20 wireless treats its customers like they're scum! You get what you pay for when you go with them! They're cheap but they are very inflexible. I couldn't change my plan after it was up unless I agreed to eat the autopay charge they billed me earlier this morning! I shouldn't be paying for that especially when I called on the day of my renewal to change my plan!
Excellent service from H20 Wireless. I've been with them for a few years and they've been good to me. Sometimes I have connection and data issues but that is like any other provider.
It's inexpensive when it comes to its plans but I do get some problems like I can't use hotspot with my iPhone. I also have issues with reception in my neighborhood.Customer service leaves much to be desired.
I'm extremely disappointed in H2O's customer service. It takes forever to reach someone and even then I get misinformation when speaking to both agents and their supervisors. These people need more training!
I had the severe misfortune to have to call into customer support this morning. After being yelled at, condescended to, disrespected, and hung up on (at least 8 times). I was placed on hold for more than an hour by one associate before they hung up on me. After calling back another 14 times, and spending another 40 minutes on hold, being hung up on; calling back and getting placed on hold again... After 2.5 hours of this horrific experience from their "customer service" team, I was FINALLY able to speak to a manager in the billing department.
This is all after I spent money on the SIM card, spent money on the service, only to find out that the SIM card was invalid. I had cancelled the service and was promised that I would not be charged. Then I was charged, and my already poor experience with H2O Wireless got oh so unimaginably worse.
H2O has been great to me. I wish the plans included more data for the prices they're charging but you can refill your data at any time. Network is AT&T so I've been having good call and text connections whereever I went.
H2o wireless rips off its customers! I was supposed to get 50% off the 1st month but they didn't honor the deal. Worst customer service ever. Don't bother wasting your money on them, you'll only regret it.
I've used H20 for about 5 years and have had no problem at all. Their service reps were very quick and helpful when I switched from pay-as-you-go to monthly pre-paid
H2O has pretty good coverage since they piggyback off of AT&T network. But their billing is absolutely horrible. I got double charged in my first month but was refused a refund because their mistake had to be reported within 48 hours. I'm shocked by such a strict policy, especially when it's their own mistake. In addition, their auto-recharge feature does not function correctly, and I kept getting my service cancelled at the end of the month. Never had such bad service from a wireless carrier in my life.
If you don't want a phone thats locked to one of the major carriers you should definetely consider getting an unlocked phone and picking up an H20 SIM. It's perfect for international calling and the pricing is really affordable. Only problem is that it doesn't cover rural areas well
H2O is a great carrier to grab as it works on AT&T's signals and gives great coverage in most areas. It was very easy to set up and the low prices made it well worth the money for me. When you're on a budget, Why pay extra for coverage?
I got coverage in my area, Great signal and low price. I have no complaints about it. Picked up from my local best buy because i was tired of using phone cards.
Quick and easy to set up. It only took me about 20 minute or so to get my unlocked Galaxy phone up and running. I would recommend h2o to anybody who want's more control of their phone.
