h20 Wireless Reviews

I've used H20 for about 5 years and have had no problem at all. Their service reps were very quick and helpful when I switched from pay-as-you-go to monthly pre-paid
H2O has pretty good coverage since they piggyback off of AT&T network. But their billing is absolutely horrible. I got double charged in my first month but was refused a refund because their mistake had to be reported within 48 hours. I'm shocked by such a strict policy, especially when it's their own mistake. In addition, their auto-recharge feature does not function correctly, and I kept getting my service cancelled at the end of the month. Never had such bad service from a wireless carrier in my life.
If you don't want a phone thats locked to one of the major carriers you should definetely consider getting an unlocked phone and picking up an H20 SIM. It's perfect for international calling and the pricing is really affordable. Only problem is that it doesn't cover rural areas well
H2O is a great carrier to grab as it works on AT&T's signals and gives great coverage in most areas. It was very easy to set up and the low prices made it well worth the money for me. When you're on a budget, Why pay extra for coverage?
I got coverage in my area, Great signal and low price. I have no complaints about it. Picked up from my local best buy because i was tired of using phone cards.
Quick and easy to set up. It only took me about 20 minute or so to get my unlocked Galaxy phone up and running. I would recommend h2o to anybody who want's more control of their phone.
