I subscribed for one month To an unlimited data only plan. With less than a week left, my data was cancelled and I had no internet access. I asked for a reason and was told my usage was unreasonable (it was 125 GB) and could be reactivated in the next billing cycle. I told them I had subscribed to an unlimited plan, the response was that they had changed that plan and details had been posted on their website. No email or notice. I was, apparently, supposed to check their website each week to see if the plan I had purchased had changed. I then asked why my plan still said it was unlimited, they immediately went in a changed my service plan to a 30 GB plan. Same cost. I have all the live chats and email receipts to verify this. Total bait and switch. Beware.
I signed up for the unlimited hotspot plan. Now after a month and a half, my plan was canceled without warning and no refunds. Stay away from this fly-by-night service provider.

I had issues porting my number over on there website; it kept giving me internal error messages. I tried calling them mid day and the automated system said it was transferring me to a tech but every time the call would be disconnected. I could only chat online and they don’t give an update on the port-in process and the message I sent on chat showed read but really their office was closed; it was around 4pm cst.
No issues, great coverage and super affordable. Highly recommended!

Super affordable compared to AT&T. Glad I switched to i3!
