    Terrible customer service!

    Three days and still waiting to hear from customer service to fix texting issue. Have made 3 calls and sent 2 messages.

    if setting up up Alexa remove pop up blockers

    after 4 replacement phones, since Alexa could not connect, I tried on my own, to un enable the pop up blocker -when trying to connect with the lively app on the computer...it worked ! the reps on the phone are so nice, yet they need to know this to help others

    Poor customer service

    First time called on hold for an hour plus. Second call nothing was set up as we requested. Third time they didn’t seem to care. Last call - done.

    Trying to get in touch with customer service is impossible. You'll be put into a que citing the reason is because their products are so good that they're busy handling new customers.

    I've been with Great Call for 3+ years. I havent had to use customer service often but the reps were excellent when I needed them. My phone is long lasting. Conveniently fits in purse or pocket.

    Always resolve my problems without issue

    I've had my device for over 1 year now and ive been very satisfied with the product and the service. I usually use it at least twice a month. (I have MS, fall out of my wheelchair, or get it stuck in the yard.) The Five Star rep answers immediately. He or she gets the right 911 people. The rep stays on the line with me until the 911 people arrive.
