Had mint for a few years and they always offer good deals. They're the cheapest service you can get. It's rare that I get dropped calls. I notice sometimes my speeds are throttled but overall it's fine.

Ordered a plan and SIM card to transfer phone. Website states that processing takes 24-48 hours and shipping is 2-3 days. SO far it has been 7 days and order still not processed. Contacted customer service several times and they claim that there is no time frame for processing and they will get to it as soon as they can. Will be cancelling order

I gave Mint Mobile a try and so far it's been nothing but amazing. I don't feel like I need to move to one of the more "premium" networks. Great customer service, good speeds and data quality. I plan on moving my family over to Mint.

I have two lines with Mint (just for me and the wife). Not only are our lines much cheaper than other companies', but we can't notice a difference between them. I convinced a few of my friends to join Mint Mobile and so far all of them love it.

You buy Mint Mobile's plans in bulk, which is a life saver since I sometimes forget to pay my bills.

I tried it because they had a good offer. After a couple days I got a refund. The network quality leaves a lot to be desired. Data doesn't work and my phone calls drop all the time. Customer service tried to help me with the problem, but nothing helped.
