Called five times at one hour each call to activate a new phone purchased from Page Plus. After all the calls they still could not get the new phone to activate with my account. During each call I would get cut off, be told one thing and then something else the next time, and one time spoke to an agent who had a crying baby in her lap. Calling this a joke would be an extreme understatement.
I've used Page Plus for years with little to no issues. I used their $80 a year plan and pay between $6-$12 a month.
Representatives transferring my call from one to another 4 times for 2 hours, one time one transferred me to herself instead of appropriate department and surprised, unbelievable, they lost my phone, no help. Polite but no help, felt like talked to robots. Wasted my time, money and very upset in the end. Please don't have any business with this company. Scammers and service is terrible.
Just recently reduced my bal more than my usage, log no longer shows texted phone #s to verify. Charged more than chart for the usage i counted on the log in date range. Use wifi for data so turned off data and they still listed >100 kb on log. Looking for new company.
Switched to unlimited data plan in order to watch Netflix et al. Horrible!
I went from verizon to page plus and i don't see any difference in quality as it uses the same network. The website is confusing but overall the prices are somewhat fair. If you don't mind a bit of leg work on your end it is a good value.
Customer Service is a joke. I've been double billed and bounced back and forth from agent to agent to fix this. I'm fed up and I've barely had service for one month!
