Got 82 year old mom signed up quickly. Later support patiently walked her through sim card self install and she was up and running!
Horrific customer service
Horrific customer service. We ordered a phone, money appeared back in our account with no explanation. Called multiple times trying to get an answer and become a customer. Nobody answers the phone and when we do get a service rep they take down our info and never call us back. This is the second company endorsed by Blaze and Glenn Beck that is awful. We are really disappointed because we would like to support an alternative phone company and have actually been using a text app for eight years so we’re excited to see this company sprout up.
It was a breeze to switch from Verizon.
Excellent customer service, especially tech support. And we are saving well over $100/month over Verizon.

We have ZERO regrets. Patriot Mobile has never let us down. We save a ton of money, and we still have great coverage. Where Patriot Mobile soars is their customer service. When we first signed up and received out new sim cards, we ran into some bumps. We called up customer service and Phillip walked us through everything. He was patient, kind, and very easy to understand. Thank you Phillip and Patriot Mobile for your great service!

Angel Brown is the most personable and helpful representative I had the pleasure to walk with. She always remembers me and goes out of her way to help me with problems I'm having with my phone.

Prompt and friendly service
I have had both Kim and Angel help me problem solve issues I was having with setting up my Patriot Mobile. Angel especially was personal, kind, and promptly helpful. She literally made me feel like I was calling my best friend:). Thank you so much for taking the time to help me and make sure I had consistent communication for my personal life and business no matter where I am (lol, back roads of nowhere).
They have gone above and beyond
We had to switch sim cards due to the merger with TMobile and Sprint. I have very bad luck with TMobile. My teens cell has had service issues since the aimmcard switch. Angel had been there for every snag, every step of the way from connectivity issues to lost talk and text to resetting and general problem solving. She had walked us thru and explained what could have caused the issues and how to correct each one. She even called to check in and make sure service was working correctly.
