Not RecommendedClaimed service sound goodEverything else (support, sign up, time, etc)

Support is obviously non-native English speakers with no idea what they're doing. MANY times they just keep reading the script, even though I already answered that question. And there is nothing I can do to fix my failed first activation attempt (cryptic error after trying to port the phone number). Their site claimed they'd try to help me...how? I don't have a phone number. Doesn't even recognize the address of my house which is a historic site (been around for 100+ years I believe).

Not RecommendedPricesCustomer Service

Customer service not knowledgeable about their services. Rude. Arrogant. They refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I liked the low prices and it's Verizon so I called back four times. Each time I got the same quality customer service and the same rudeness and arrogance. On the fourth call I finally was able to push the uninformed rep to transfer me to a supervisor, but only after raising my voice, which is out of character for me. At this point I was super frustrated that I could not speak with a supervisor. The supervisor was able to answer my technical questions, but when I told him about the quality of service I got from the four representatives, he could care less. Totally uninterested. This company's customer service ranks at the literal rock bottom. If you sign up and you need customer service BEWARE, you have been warned!

Worst experience ever. Emerald plan. Porting number over took 5 days once that completed they could not get data to setup on my device and blamed me and my device even though I did everything they asked including putting SIM card in a different device and doing a factory hard reset. Still got same results. Every call or chat ended with we will contact you in 24 to 48 hours. I gave them a fair chance. Based on my experiences. I would RUN from Pix Wireless it's not worth it. Not recommended.

RecommendedAT&T reception. Incredibly low prices. Love it!Nothing so far (only 2 mos.)

I went from a $190 bill with Sprint, which I hated, to PIX. My bill is $80 now. That's insane. No tax or fees. How is that possible or legal? I just know I'm pretty happy with it so far.

Not RecommendedCostActivation process

I tried porting a number over from Verizon and they couldn’t get it to work. They blamed me for having the PIN number wrong even though I verified it multiple times with Verizon.

I finally told them to give me a new number and they couldn’t get the SIM card to activate and said it was an invalid card (the one they sent me). I read and re-read the number to them and after an hour or so, they finally got it activated but SMS messages weren’t working. They said it was a compatibility problem with my phone - an iPhone 8 Plus. Then they said it was locked or had something to do with financial obligation to Verizon even though Verizon no longer locks their phones AND it was paid off.

In all, I spent around 7 hours on chat and the phone with them and ended up canceling and going back to Verizon. Horrible, horrible experience.

Recommendedcheap and service is excellentnothing yet!

i have had the 2gb verizon service for 2 months for $20 bucks on a iphone, what a deal!

RecommendedServiceNone

Reasonable for a Verizon service.

Not Recommendedsmooth setupdownload speed

Activation is smooth and service is great so far, but don't recommend if you like high speeds. There seems to be a ~5mb down cap.

RecommendedServiceExpensive sim

Sim card is expensive ($11.99). It's alright for a service but they do a bit of price gouging compared to other MVNOs. If you're on a pay-as-you-go, be careful! There's an additional 3.99 monthly fee.

RecommendedHelpful customer supportNone

Porting my number was fast and easy and customer support has quick to help!

Not RecommendedFine cell phone servicePoor support

Been using Pix Wireless for a couple months now. If I didn't need customer service I would love Pix but working with reps is a headache.
