Is Reach Mobile phone service any good?
Great value
Have had no issues or problems with Reach Mobile. Just good service for your $$$.
Customer service
Customer service is a pleasant experience but the performance is not very good. The signal is weak where I live. A for customer service, D for the network.
Excellent coverage
Reach is a great carrier but I wish you could manage your account using a website rather than just an app.
Prices and coverage
I switched to Reach Mobile after hearing about it on Reddit and so far I'm enjoying the carrier. It's cheaper than the AT&T plan I had! Better coverage too!

Texting and calling aren't reliable
Reach isn't really worth the price. The texting and calling aren't always reliable. Sometimes it takes almost a day to get a text or send. I'm going to search for another affordable carrier with a better network.

I'm so happy with Reach Mobile's service! I've had no issues and best of all it's really really cheap!

Super easy to get up and running, reps were helpful and responsive, love that it's not deprioritized and that hotspot isn't limited
