Terrible customer service with no knowledge.
Tried to transfer my anual plan esim and nobody could make it happen. It takes their service department over 24 hours to respond. The response was a "sorry not compatible" copy/paste response that even tried to sell me one of their phones. My phone is unlocked, but perhaps too new, so they can't help for 48 hours. Really?! 2 days before I even know if it will be resolved. This after getting a plan for my son too. We will likely both be changing carriers.
I am really disappoint…ed.

Dont lose your Red Pocket phone...
I have 4 lines for my family, my son lost his phone on vacation. I live chatted with a red pocket agent to get a replacement SIM for a replacement phone, i was advised to wait 5 days for the replacement, it did not arrive, I chatted again, was promised expedited delivery, never arrived, chatted again, no record of any replacement.. they are clowns, moving to an alternate provider. AVOID
