Terrible Coverage. No Customer Service.
I’ve been delivering for work and my internet has stopped for extended periods yet I purchased the 10GB ‘unlimited’ plan. You need to manually set up voicemail or it will ring busy which is exceptionally annoying because people call twice, sometimes three times in a row if you don’t have voicemail. I reset my network and all of a sudden my voicemail stopped working. I was at work, screening calls, so the people called again. Irritating and when I called them back they thought it was odd.
I think they’re prioritized so far below the carriers the coverage is worthless. You get what you pay for. Customer service people speak another language so communication is difficult.

They did not know how to transfer number internally, let alone from other companies. Poor customer service and they never can resolve any problem.

Their service is the worst. Every other day my phone service is down, can't get text messages and phone calls and their customer service are unable to resolve this any time. They are definitely losing one customer here and my recommendation would be to not get into their plan. It is not worth anyone's time and money.

Don’t deal with them! I’ve spent about 3 months to port my old number to this company after buying a yearly plan from them. And finally they did not port my old number but activated it with a new number that I did not asked for. And now they cant provide me with a refund for a yearly plan, because the plan was activated!!!! With a new number (because of their fault, not mine). Awful company!!! Just the worst I ever had deal with.

Shocking customer service
I wanted to purchase an eSIM and researched a number of similar low price no contract providers as this is a temporary option having just arrived in the USA for work.
I called up and walked through the process with the telesales advisor on the phone while I made the purchase on the website (as the eSIM purchase is only avaiable on 1 network and not with a simple means to add to the cart). I followed each step and after making the $30 payment I discovered I had just purchased a GSM SIM and was told I could not change it to an eSIM order!
Since then, I have collectively been on hold with their customer service for over 4 hours!!!! Multiple individuals, many who I can barely understand their english (on one occassion I had to cut the call and redial).
They seem incapable of cancelling the transaction or transferring the order to supply an eSIM!!
If you value your time then find a different service provider because if things go wrong then you effectively have no support!!!

I set up a new account for my 13 year old daughter, then I would switch. I purchased a new iPhone for her and financed it. Had no option to add a protection plan, was messaged I could add it later after phone arrived. Unfortunately I live in Ohio, this not an option!!! I now am paying for an iPhone for a 13 year old that I was promised there would be coverage on!!! I AM SO ANGRY!! I have been on Verizon for over 20 years and was hoping there was something new out here!! ***Carl from Red Pocket tried his hardest for over an hour to rectify the issue, customer service was priceless!! Unfortunately I need additional coverage for my young family.❤️

Red pocket service is garbage.
Red pocket cut out my service 18 times in 8 months. They never fixed it I always had to. Endless poor customer service that only wasted hours of my time. Then this last month and a half I have had to fight several times a day to get it to work via settings. Several emails and countless waiting over the last month and a half still no fix. Now it has been 10 months of the service cutting out and they refuse to fix it.
