Sprint is unquestionably the worst cell phone company and possibly the worst company period, I have ever done business with. Outdoors near populated areas, the service is par; nothing great or outstanding. Indoors? Forget it. It's a brick that takes pictures (that you can't send). It's exceedingly frustrating to have to text my wife to ask her something about a purchase & I have to go outside to text her bc my service is a ghost inside any building. We live in a rural area & there must only be about a half of a tower anywhere near us bc service is nonexistent. A string and 2 soup cans would be more reliable. I AM NOT KIDDING. SPRINT IS ABSOLUTE TRASH. Customer service is a circus of overseas outsourced garbage with flip cards & ZERO attentiveness to customer satisfaction. DO NOT JOIN SPRINT!! IM BEGGING YOU. It will literally be the worst decision you have EVER MADE. It is a garbage sh!t show junk abortion parade. Stop thinking about it now. Go anywhere else. Save yourself now and stay AWAY FROM SPRINT.
Sprint is not a company that is focused on their customers. They have had my phone for repair for over a month and every time I call the person on the other line is quick to tell me how they are not able to help me.
Do not, I repeat do not get Sprint. If it was a choice between 2 cans and Sprint I'm choosing the cans! They are the worst cell phone company available to you and your family.
Please do not waste your time and money with these people. Pay more and go with Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Metro or Cricket or literally any one else
Always very helpful and courteous in handling customers. I can depend on Sprint and that means a lot.
Sprint is a really bad cell phone carrier. We tried to cancel our service and after many attempts to return our phones the payments still have not been process into Sprint's account
Sprint is the number one leader on worst service, customer service, billing, account information, and terrible website portal to login.
The only issue I have with any cell phone provider is the astronomical cost, although Sprint is by far the least expensive major carrier.
The prices are good and I love it.
Friendly and helpful customer service. They always get the job done quick and right
Sprint's data towers are okay, but there needs to be some improvement. They are working on the no internet while calling problem. Other than that, Sprint is really fine. My Samsung Grand Prime is the best phone I ever used. Good job, Sprint.
sprint is an excellent choice for a cellphone company. They provide unlimited data plans for a fair rate. i have never had a trouble with service and whenever i have a question, i am generally able to find the solution on their website.
They have been excellent in service and customer service to me for 10 yrs now. I can call Sprint anytime if I have a problem with my phone or with payment.
i've been with sprint for three years. I live in a small town in the middle of nowhere. The coverage for the area is good. i like the unlimited talk, text and data. My family would be lost with their phones. i've always had terrific customer support when contacting the company.
Unlimited data is great. I've had Sprint for 8 years and service has always been great.
