I have been Sprint client for the last four years. I wanted to upgrade my cells, and they didn't offer me a competitive deal. So, I called them to unlock the phones. The asked why...I explained I wanted to leave Sprint to go with another company (ATT). Then they made a great offer to upgrade my phones and stay with them...it was on December 30th. That day we spent SEVEN HOURS over the phone with 12 different representatives. The calls used to drop every 15-20 minutes and then I had to call and start again explaining what was offered...once and again, and again, and again...We spoke with supervisors, and same thing. So in this process they said we had to upgrade the plan in order to get the offer, and we did. They upgraded in ONE SECOND...but today after 35 five representative on the phone (I can spell every one if requested, because I got all the names in writing)...I didn't get the plan ...Today is January 6th. I am so frustrated that I'd like to sue them for all the time spent and the false promises. I am going with another company even if they offer free lines. Horrible experience with them. Never ever again.
This is just my opinion, but if it were me, I would steer clear of sprint/t mobile!!! I bought iPhone 11 Pro plus locally. They said they had coverage. Let’s just say they lied and be nice about it! I can not make calls from my house or neighborhood. When I do manage to make a call it will drip. They said they are doing maintenance on a tower. I said for 4 months?!?! I have tried to be nice, however nice has gotten me nowhere! They actually asked me to use my Wi-Fi to make calls! I said I am paying sprint to make calls not my Wi-Fi! They said to go to t moble and get about s card. I asked them why? The one that came with my phone was also supposed to be Abe to accept t moble. I then asked if that would make a difference. They said probably not but that would be a check off what could be wrong. I’m like, you said the tower was down? So wouldn’t it be down for both? They said yes. Sorry for going on like this but, wow!!!! Do yourself a favor and stick with Verizon! They cost more but at least you will be able to use your phone!!!
I started an 18-month lease agreement for five phones. with a signed contract. I tried with several one hour plus telephone conversations to exercise my purchase agreement immediately after the completion of the lease. They simply refused to abide by the contract and told me I had an additional month lease requirement.
Sprint is unquestionably the worst cell phone company and possibly the worst company period, I have ever done business with. Outdoors near populated areas, the service is par; nothing great or outstanding. Indoors? Forget it. It's a brick that takes pictures (that you can't send). It's exceedingly frustrating to have to text my wife to ask her something about a purchase & I have to go outside to text her bc my service is a ghost inside any building. We live in a rural area & there must only be about a half of a tower anywhere near us bc service is nonexistent. A string and 2 soup cans would be more reliable. I AM NOT KIDDING. SPRINT IS ABSOLUTE TRASH. Customer service is a circus of overseas outsourced garbage with flip cards & ZERO attentiveness to customer satisfaction. DO NOT JOIN SPRINT!! IM BEGGING YOU. It will literally be the worst decision you have EVER MADE. It is a garbage sh!t show junk abortion parade. Stop thinking about it now. Go anywhere else. Save yourself now and stay AWAY FROM SPRINT.
Sprint is not a company that is focused on their customers. They have had my phone for repair for over a month and every time I call the person on the other line is quick to tell me how they are not able to help me.
Do not, I repeat do not get Sprint. If it was a choice between 2 cans and Sprint I'm choosing the cans! They are the worst cell phone company available to you and your family.
Please do not waste your time and money with these people. Pay more and go with Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, Metro or Cricket or literally any one else
Always very helpful and courteous in handling customers. I can depend on Sprint and that means a lot.
Sprint is a really bad cell phone carrier. We tried to cancel our service and after many attempts to return our phones the payments still have not been process into Sprint's account
Sprint is the number one leader on worst service, customer service, billing, account information, and terrible website portal to login.
The only issue I have with any cell phone provider is the astronomical cost, although Sprint is by far the least expensive major carrier.
The prices are good and I love it.
Friendly and helpful customer service. They always get the job done quick and right
Sprint's data towers are okay, but there needs to be some improvement. They are working on the no internet while calling problem. Other than that, Sprint is really fine. My Samsung Grand Prime is the best phone I ever used. Good job, Sprint.
sprint is an excellent choice for a cellphone company. They provide unlimited data plans for a fair rate. i have never had a trouble with service and whenever i have a question, i am generally able to find the solution on their website.
They have been excellent in service and customer service to me for 10 yrs now. I can call Sprint anytime if I have a problem with my phone or with payment.
i've been with sprint for three years. I live in a small town in the middle of nowhere. The coverage for the area is good. i like the unlimited talk, text and data. My family would be lost with their phones. i've always had terrific customer support when contacting the company.
Unlimited data is great. I've had Sprint for 8 years and service has always been great.

Switching to Sprint is smart, quick and simple. You don't have to buy a new phone, since you can bring your device to Sprint. You can keep your old number. All you need to do is order a Sprint SIM card and once you have that, you can switch your phone service in as little as 2-3 minutes.
Yes! It's easy to port your existing phone number to Sprint during the activation process.
Yes! Most unlocked smartphones that have a SIM card slot will work with Sprint. If your phone is locked to a carrier you will need to contact your existing carrier to get it unlocked.
