Everything.

Avoid T-Mobile / Sprint. When you call a message says, "Hold times are more than 2 hours. Press "1" to get an "Expert" to call you back in greater than 2 hours." The last time I did this in the afternoon. I got a call back from someone in the Phillipines between midnight - 1:00 am. After 7 days they still had not ported my old number from Verizon. They are smooth talkers. But they are incompetent.

Deceptive business practices and representatives.

I was figuratively involved in a hit and run with T-Mobile; T-Mobile being the perpetrator. They called me and sold me a nonexistent $20, 4gb data phone plan and sent me a used Samsung phone after having me sign paperwork (via email) for a new one. The phone arrived with a number already assigned to it, voice messages and texts already received by that number, missing packaging, was covered in dust, and it had no data service. When I called to complain, they initiated their bait-and-switch routine with a promise to "discipline" the rep who sold me a bogus plan. Now, they would do me a "favor" by putting me on a $50 a month plan so I could have data and assured me the phone hadn't been "used;" it had been a screw-up with their activation and deactivation methods before shipping. I explicitly rejected their "offer," deactivated and returned the phone within 3 days (after jumping through multiple hoops), effectively canceling the service, with T-Mobile promising that would be the end of it. Then, they billed me for a month of service at $50!! And this paper bill clearly listed the old number that came on the phone and its usage statistics (that had belonged to someone else), together with my personal number that I had activated when I purchased it. They were billing me for TWO lines, when I only briefly had ONE. I of course called to complain and to get this "bill" canceled and literally recorded the T-Mobile rep stating that I owed them nothing. He said they would open an investigation and that I should hear from them within two days. Instead of THAT happening, I received another $50 late payment/failure to pay notice!! Now, my credit has been dinged at the worst possible time because I intend to move. I URGE anyone to NOT sign up for T-Mobile!! You cannot TRUST anything their reps say, because I've spent hours speaking to SIX of them; and each one flat-out lied each time. One, lied about the phone plans, three lied about the status of the phone, one put me on a plan without my permission, and two swore to FIX my canceled status/no charge status and utterly failed to follow through. STAY AWAY FROM T-MOBILE. It has been my WORST nightmare that I still can't wake from!!

there are no deals they overcharge

they tell us we are getting a deal with getting a third line free but still charge us for it claming they are only charging us for 2 lines while our bill is 197 when it should only be 154. i would honestly not give them any stars if I could.

Slow internet

Slow internet for last 8 months, says its our ISP. It is not our ISP! All our pc’s aren't slow. JUST THE T -MOBILE PHONES!!! Customer service has been no help at all.

Corrupted Executive Office

Tmobile executive office runs its operations solely based on their ego. I had an active connection with tmobile. One day I lodged a complaint against tmobile, it was a genuine complaint, I sent the complaint directly to their top executives in writing. Following which the executive office of tmobile blocked my access to my account. Tmobile and it’s top executives are corrupted and lacks integrity. The executive office of Tmobile abused its powers by blocking my access to my phone account. Corruption to the max...

Everything- horrible customer service + a lot more

Have been trying for 7 hours to rectify a phone purchase after the store employee gave me the wrong phone. Here are the issues: 1) changed $1500 for an online purchase that I did not authorize. Had to wait on hold an hour to cancel it 2) went to store and signed up for additional line to get the promo for buy one iPhone get one free. They Put the wrong phone I’m my bag and when I went to return it they will only take it back if a pay $49 for them to restock-even though it was their fault. 3) been dealing with corporate For 2 weeks who said they would send me a New phone and return the wrong one via mail- guess what? I never got it. 4). Another 90 minutes on the phone and my phone order was finally completed correctly and I was told to return the wrong to the store. That brings me to the store where they Are trying to charge a restock fee. Total insanity and not work the 7+ hours dealing with incompetency. No wonder they had to merge with Sprint. I’m hopeful the wireless service will improve under new company.

T-mobile has been consistent with pricing and reliability. I give them high marks for their call center customer service except getting transferred too many times.

Service is good

i can say that the carrier is good and that i never have dropped calls however they will not unlock my cellphone. I came to them with a tmobile phone that i purchased off ebay and that i pay my monthly charge and i requested them to give me the unlock code and they won't. it's like they're keeping me hostage. i'm not even trying to leave. I just want to sell my cellphone for a more recent one and if it's unlocked, i will get more money.
