Very happy with Tello!

And so far I like the service. Customer service has been exceptional!

Paid for service with Tello and have been disappointed with the experience. We can barely get signal, meaning we can't get text messages or calls. Unfortunate that coverage is bad, since we checked the coverage map and we thought we were in an ok spot. The title saying is very apt for Tello.

Had an iphone 5 for a long time and decided now was the time to switch.Got a new (read: used) iphone X that was easy to activate with Tello. Tello's doing a great job.

This is an affordable carrier that I don't plan on leaving any time soon. I use my phone very little and Tello tailors to that.

Been with Tello since 2017. Recently purchased a new phone and transferred my number from their old CDMA network (Sprint) to their new GSM service (T-Mobile) without a hitch. I'll stay with Tello until something better comes along, (but I doubt that will happen soon).

I have been a Tello customer for over 4 years. However, I recently bought a new phone through them, and the activation did not work - even though it was their phone and SIM. It crippled their old phone (also purchased through them) and I was without a phone for 2.5 days until they finally got around to solving it. Their tech support is very poor. Quite a hassle. Inexpensive but a time waster!

I've been really impressed with Tello. The phone works great, the customer service has gone to lengths to help me transition to Tello, and the cost is difficult, if not impossible, to beat! I definitely do not regret going with Tello. Highly recommended!

I love Tello but I only have one problem with the carrier which is that they use the Sprint (I guess T-Mobile now) network which isn't nearly as good of coverage as AT&T or Verizon. Most of the time I'm fine but if I'm in a rural area I get no reception.

Super pleased with what Tello is doing. There are times where I hit a bad spot and get no service, but overall I tend to get good service for a super low price.

Would get 5 stars because of the friendly and helpful customer service and the user-friendly website but I have to dock a star because the coverage isn't too great in some areas (thanks to it being on the Sprint Network).

Tello's prices can't be beat. Seriously have no complaints with the company.

Tello Mobile was easy to install on my iPhone X. Coverage is super strong too. App is pretty okay. Overall a great alternative to the big 4 providers

I told my friends I was only paying $10 a month and they didn't believe me until I showed them the bill. Now they all joined Tello's network. Thanks Tello for the great service.

I used one of the big-name carriers for several years before jumping onto the MVNO bandwagon. I would always struggle to get the multitude of issues I had with the carrier resolved. Anyway, I had had enough and after some research found Tello. I only had a single issue with Tello that customer service was so kind to help me through. You'll not go wrong if you get service from Tello.
