Tracfone Wireless reviews: Read 70 customer service ratings

I'm in my 60's and not a big cell phone user. I still have home phone, with OOMA $6/month and it works great, but I also got me and my wife NEW Rebel 4 phones from Tracfone and $20/month service it is super. Had Verizon before, and it was good but $55/month. So basically i have 2 cell phones and home phone for less that what Verizon charged.

Two accounts open for the same phone and they can't seem to purge them.

Their customer service and tech support is the absolute worst. I was only with them for three days before I had enough and went back to my old servicer. I'm willing to pay a bit more for customer service and support.

Horrible customer service. they will wast days of your time and transfer you to somewhere that automatically hangs up on you. AVOID this company!!!!!!

Customer service is slow and takes forever. No-one I spoke to I felt was competent or helpful. Simple requests became unfathomably complicated.

I've used TracFone since 2004 and theyve been consistently reliable with service and performance. Personnel who answer my telephone calls are knowledgable and courteous. Especially like having the option to use the website to answer my questions.

I'm a new TracFone customer. They replaced me and my wife's old cell phones for pay-per-minute. So far this is working out great and has substantially lowered our monthyl bill.

I've been a TracFone customer for 5+ years now. Yes you can save a lot of money, and yes you can still get good service. But there are some sacrifices to be made.
