Been a customer for 15 yrs. lost job due to COVID 19 and they aren’t standing behind their arrangements stating the rep miss informed me.

They have met all my expectations. Customer service has answered all my questions and been readily available.
I bought a new LG 4G cell phone and within 2 weeks the phone could not get service 3 miles from the place i bought it from and the internet would not work. I took it back and paid the $35 to get sent another. Instead they sent me a refurbished phone and still charged me the same amount as a new one.
