Not as great coverage compared to Verizon but still you're paying a whole lot less for the data, minutes and texts. I'm saving almost $100 every month!

Customer rep really helped me. I would very much recommend US Mobile just for the awesome 24/7 customer service experience.

I was having some issues getting set up as I'm not the best at smart phones. I called customer service expecting a long wait time. To my surprise I was on hold for a very short time. The representative that I got was very helpful and guided me through the setup without issue.

US Mobile's data speeds aren't as great compared to other carriers. I get maybe 10 Mbps at peak times but typically I get 2 or less Mbps. At least calls and texts work.

I recieved the sim card quite quickly. It was very quick and easy to set everything up! I did have one issue with my number transfer, but after a quick online chat I was all set up and transferred.

Great customer service and website, but data speeds are pretty unstable. Depending on where I am speeds can get real slow.

Text and calls work good. Data on the other hand is poor. Their best speeds are only half of Verizon speeds. I think its because of Verizon deprioritization but they won't admit it - instead they said it's the area I live in.

US Mobile deserves not a one but a fat zero because their customer service has been nothing but disappointing. It took well over five hours trying to activate a phone. Customer service wasn't all that helpful - they ignored my questions. Had to push to get a refund. Avoid the frustration and go with another carrier. You will regret this otherwise.

US Mobile's customer service has been very helpful. They are typically very quick to respond to issues that have come up. I do suffer from an occasional dropped call here and there, but it's not a big problem.

Going through some tough times financially, so I called US Mobile's customer support to see how they could help me lower my bill. While they did have some good low priced options I ultimately decided to move to a cheaper carrier. Through this whole process they were super helpful and responsive! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a good carrier that actually cares.

I put the sim card into my phone and started it up for the first time, but the phone said the process could take a few days! Since I would like to use my phone sooner, I got a hold of customer service. They quickly responded and got me activated that day

I've been with US Mobile for a few years now and they've yet to do any wrong by me. Not only are they inexpensive but the support has always been top tier. Chat and email response times are quick and they ensure that my issue is resolved before ending the chat.

US Mobile is affordable and has a great network but what really makes it stand out is the customer service. Very helpful and considerate of the customer.

I love how you can use their plans to build a plan with just the right amount of talk, text and data that you need. And the same exact coverage a Verizon

they keep shutting my service off every week im on unlimited plans so you get this dropped call and text telling you insufficent funds please call customer service then you wait and wait and then the reps are foreign and they do not care they say ok i refresh the line re start your phone then few days later they kill your service again

US mobile ripped me off! had a promo for 50% off for 6 months if I ordered my sim card, but when i activated my sim card, it didn't come with the discount! Will not use again!

CS is always helpful, pricing is affordable, plans are adjustable. I've been with Verizon for 10 years, but their plans are no longer adjustable or affordable.
