Is Visible phone service any good?
App and service need changes NOW!
The app updates far too frequently. This would be okay normally but I have to update if I want to continue service. The wireless service really declined over the month. I can't really use anything internet heavy unless I use wifi. The only positive is that its services are cheap.
App is awful
The agents are nice and the service is ok, but the app is really , REALLY bad. My calls are like my work schedule: consistent. It's hard to talk to anyone on the phone.
Would leave a zero if option available
Horrible customer service. In chat room for 3.5 hours waiting to rectify VM issue. Finally got Sebastian and he conveniently disconnected before fixing VM problem. Run don’t walk away from this cell phone plan. It’s HORRIBLE!!!!
Problems. Can't communicate with them.
Worked fairly good for a couple of days. Then could not send texts. My wife can't text or call. No one responds to messages. Their 24/7 chat line is a joke. No one is there. I have never seen such terrible service. Will be changing provider.

I’ve been with them for a year. Speeds are fine for browsing and watching videos. Unlimited hotspot is a good deal. On hotspot limit movie watching to standard definition to eliminate buffering. Doesn’t take long to start customer service chat. Recently I lost service for almost an entire day. Visible CSR said no problems were reported in area when the local news had reported area wide outage. A Verizon line or equipment had failed or been damaged. A couple times since I’ve briefly lost se…rvice ability while phone displayed strong signal. If it happens again I may switch to a TMobile MVNO.
This is the most worthless service
I received their SIM card. No service. They explained that I did not get the "updated SIM" for the new plans. They sent me another, followed instructions and still no service on my phone. After hours of insert, reinsert, turn off, turn on, checking settings and 5+ hours on their chat to resolve, still no service. I then asked for the initial $30 fee(first month) to be refunded since I never started the service and they refused! Stay far away from these scam artists. Worse of all, the O…NLY way to contact them is through their controlled chat feature which will take a minimum of 20 minutes just to get an agent on the line. I went to Mint Mobile and had a much smoother experience. Signed up with Mint and in three days had the SIM and was having great phone service and no issues!
Buffer, Buffer, Buffer, NO service
Switched from Verizon 2 weeks ago as part of financial planning strategy. Self-employed, work from home (I live on 50 acres, off-grid in a rural area) using my hotspot so speed and reliability is IMPORTANT! Didn't have problems with Verizon (jetpack yes, my phone, no). Going back to Verizon tomorrow! It's worth the $75 difference to pay MORE so I'm ensured RELIABLE, CONSISTENT service! By the way, I was NOT informed of slow service due to high volume use when I was investigatin…g the change over WITH their CSR during our chats. I implore them to assure me my service would be exactly the same because of my reliance on my service being self-employed. I'm so very disappointed and angry at this interruption of reliable service and I feel that I was misled from the beginning.
DON’T use this service!
I tried to make my payment this month just like the past months. All of a sudden none of my payment methods would be accepted. I’ve “ talked” to MANY agents via chat because that’s the ONLY way to communicate with them, only for them to say “l’m happy to help” or “ I can fix this issue” blah blah blah!!!!!! They said they can’t send me a code to be able to switch my service unless I have an active account first. Long long long story but I will be losing my cell number because… they can’t fix the issue not to mention the money and time I’ve wasted!!!! I just ordered my business cards. I use this cell number for my business but now everything is messed up! They’ve STOLEN my cell number!!!! It’s not worth 25 dollars when the service don’t work! The rest of our family plan members will be getting out of this service and switching before they ALL lose their numbers!!! This company SUCKS!

I shopped around for low cost cell providers for a few months, so that I could leave Verizon. It came down to 3 providers, one of them being Visible. I was going back and forth about the three providers, making up my mind about one, and then going to the other, or the other, and then back to the first. Then I eliminated one and was torn between the final two, one of them being Visible. After researching as thoroughly as possible and since I already had Verizon as my provider, Visible was the bes…t choice. The service is excellent and the price is the best around for the plan they offer, when compared to the others. Multiple phones lower the plan price, which makes the price ridiculously low. The App and website definitely have room for improvement. They have one of the worst apps I've ever experienced. It's sad, really sad. And support isn't the best. Lot's of room for improvement there too. But how often do you need to get in touch with your provider anyway? Not often enough, so the poor app and customer support can be tolerated somewhat. The service is excellent, the price of the plan is excellent and they have a nice phone selection with nice deals offered, if you need a phone. To sum it up... I'm VERY SATISFIED with Visible!!!

Everything is upfront - no bamboozling like what the big networks do. It's simple to use too.
Really friendly support team
I had connection issues with Visible and by the support team really went out of their way to help me out. They fixed my issues. 10/10 would stay for the service.

Glad I switched
I was getting sick and tired of Verizon's money-grubbing ways, so I decided to try Visible. So glad I did. My phone bill is half of what it used to be now and I've had no issues with the service.
Price is nice but...
There are some problems with it. The data speeds and calling are inconsistent. Sometimes towers would swap and my calls would drop. Otherwise it's decent.
Low cost with great customer service
The plans are very low cost and I can't tell the difference between this and Verizon.
It's okay for an MVNO
Phone has pretty slow internet occasionally and calls drop sporadically. With the price tho I can't complain.
Best provider
This is the best provider I've ever had. The plan is low cost and while it doesn't come with full-blown packages like what Verizon offers, it gets the job done. I only need my data to stream music and Youtube.
Worth every penny
I can see Visible being the future of cell phone service. Just need to port your phone # to the app and you're in! Best deal I've ever seen for phone service.
App's good
The app is straight to the point but not the most UX friendly. Service is excellent, but sometimes I get really high pings.
Visibly awesome
I've been on Visible's phone plan for about a year now. Never had a single issue with them. I even got a multi-line plan for my family. Fantastic coverage and speedy data.
