They took my money and my phone number, sent me a defective phone, and now refuse to refund my money for service I never received.

Terrible from the start. They had to cancel my first account I made. But they stole that credit card info and have been charging me from two accounts, even after I cancelled service. Now they are refusing to refund my money they have taken.

Everyone should really try out Visible. They have unlimited everything for just 25/mo. Excellent coverage and great quality on the phone.

Buyer beware! I thought I did my homework when I made the decision to sign up for Visible. However, moments after my deposit was processed, I discovered they couldn’t support my Series 3 Apple Watch. I immediately contacted customer

support, and a very kind person helped me cancel. What she failed to tell me is that my money would not be refunded! They may not be illegal, but unscrupulous comes to mind! Wonder what other policies are buried???

Have no problems with Visible. The app gives me all that I need. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Having great difficulties to get my $1000 refund

you pay a low price and get unlimited high speed data but there aren't as many good features... visual voicemail is terrible and hit and miss call quality

Had Visible for a couple years now. It's been a good service overall. Coverage is really good, but there are times where my data is throttled. Customer service has also improved a lot.

I wish I had known about Visible sooner! I live in the middle of nowhere (with only a gas station/store in the entire area) and for the longest time I had two options for internet: Hughes or Viasat, which are really crappy and really expensive. I swapped to Visible and it's been my main internet source. It's much faster than the satellite services for only $25 monthly.

The experience I have had with visible has been completely terrible. My IPhone which I hadn't even had for a year at that point(bought from them) and paid 10 extra a month for apple care insurance as well as their protect plan. Well, my phone started having issues charging so I went to the apple store since I was told that I could go there since I was paying for it and it would be dealt with. I DID NOT HAVE APPLE CARE. AFter paying them over $100 for my apple care insurance and supposedly I do not have it. They still have yet to make it right even though its been over 4 months now since I began having the issue. SO in conclusion, STAY AWAY FROM VISIBLE. They will screw you over as much as they can and will not make it right.
