The stability of the app. Everything else about this service is perfect EXCEPT this one problem. It has the best customer service, no matter where I have signal, no dropped calls. Despite the instability of the app, I would still recommend this company more than any other.

Service is much better than my old phone service. It can be a little slow at times but doesn't drop a call. Very satisfied with the experience.

Visible offers awesome service for the price, just wish my data wouldn't be throttled so much.

I get unlimited data for just $25 - a steal if you ask me. And not once in the months I've had the service have I had any issues.

So far it's been good service. Autopay makes the service seamless. Sometimes you need to update the service or you may not get service but it's good overall.

There's a lot to like about Visible like the price and the customer service. But sometimes my speed gets throttled because it's deprioritized. That's only annoying once in awhile.

I changed their company because of reading someone’s online guide to different unlimited data plans. Visible sweetened the deal by promising a $100 gift card to use for any online purchases and a Firestick from Amazon. I got the useless Firestick but the $100 card, no matter what I did (including spend hours on the phone with the prepaid card center which also gave me the runaround and senseless explanations as for why the card wasn’t working right). I tried using the $100 card at REI and th…en at Walmart, but it reversed the charges twice at REI and once at Walmart. Useless and a scam. So I “chatted” on the Visible app with a female rep who gave me the runaround for about an hour with circular reasoning and telling me to contact the prepaid card center who NEVER helped me in the first place. I asked her for a transcript of the useless long chat so I could send it to the BBB and she said sure, but of course, it never came to my email and there is no way to get a copy like you can when speaking to many chat reps from reputable companies. I wasted at least 4 hours trying to use this $100 “gift card.” So it’s a scam to get you to switch to their company. The only reason I switched is I wanted inexpensive unlimited data and I needed a newer phone. I even had trouble getting the phone delivered at the time and day I asked. Also, the service is VERY SLOW. So it may be unlimited data but you might have to wait 20 minutes for your phone to download a website you are trying to view. Visible is a scam. STAY AWAY. STICK WITH WHATEVER SERVICE YOU HAVE OR TRY ANOTHER BIG COMPANY BUT DO NOT TRY VISIBLE. UGH.Show more

They send you a broken phone when you call to get it fixed they say they escalated the problem and it should be fixed in 24 to 48 hours it's been almost a year phone's still not fixed. They still deduct $40 a month out of my account but hey they did give me a whole $15 credit for months and months and months of problems so nice of them avoid them like the plague. If you want to spend hours on the phone or waste money every month for a service that you're not getting then go with v…isible if you want to pay for a service that you will actually get find any other carrier besides visible.Show more

I recently signed up for visible. Purchased a cell phone. I complained within the two week return time for the cell phone and visible still will not return my phone. I now have a different cell service provider. They are excellent. It would take one hour to send an email with a photo attached with visible service. If I texted images they never showed up. Dead zones everywhere. Absolutely the worst horrible service I have ever had.

Deleted our account and phone number without any authorization and refuse to admit their fault. I have original account #, SIM #, Phone #, all payment info. Constantly lied about contacting us and being able to fix it. They never took responsibility. I have copies of lies in chats. Very unprofessional - needs to be shut down for their incompentance.

Had issues with sending and receiving text. Said issue would be resolved in 24-48 hours was not. Then lost service all together again issue would be resolved in 24-48 hours. I didn’t even have access to emergency services such as 911. It didn’t seem to be an issue with them. Would not recommend to anyone.

They are most assuredly running a scam. Shipped a locked phone and refused to help. After months of waiting, we're stuck with a locked phone and they refuse to help.

Dealing with Visible.com is the absolutely worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. They are most assuredly running some sort of scam. After knowingly shipping us a locked device, they kept us waiting for 2 months trying to unlock it. They continually opened new cases and told us each time they had to have 24-48 hours to resolve it only to extend it each time. We've now been waiting for over 2 months and they refuse to return/refund because it's past the return …time frame for a phone that never worked!Show more

This was a fair to good service a year ago. Now it is so slow mast afternoon's, it cannot be measured by speed check.

Extemly poor data speeds through out the day, restart phone often and some times half to call in have sim card reset. So please just stop selling new service and upgrade and fix what you have or close up shop snd stop all together

Spent 3 days trying to get Visible to work, never did. Spent over 2 hours with Verizon to try get back with them!! Am still on hold. Visible is owned by verizon, what a joke...Dont bother, its not worth the frustration.

AVOID!!! They literally do not have a phone number to call for customer service, only chats, which are terribly slow and not helpful. Ironically terrible company

They will take your money every month exactly on time but they won't provide you with a service that you're paying for and then after 8 months of problems they give you a whole $15 credit worst company ever avoid it like the plague stay away from visible unless you want to be robbed every month.

Constant network issues. My voicemail hasn’t worked in a long time. When you try and get help it’s all typing , like a chat bot. No personal feel to it. Was a Verizon customer before this and never had issues. But they are expensive. May go with another carrier. Tired of this hit

Trying to get a 2nd phone activated on Visible. Our first bring your own didn't work with the SIM we ordered. Had to get another SIM and a couple hours texting with customer service before goodness. Bought a second phone directly from Visible. They can't get it to work with the SIM we bought from Amazon. Customer Service tries to help so many other customers concurrently that they can take 5 min to respond in a chat - and sometimes can't remember your situation so things must be r…epeated ....Show more
