I have had problems with my service for more than a month. Have made many calls with no resolutions. I would not recommend this service. Also, it is almost impossible to speak with an agent when you call their number.
Using them for about 8 years. Service in my area continues to improve. You need a T-Mobile or modern phone to take advantage of extended network. Better than AT&T in my region.
I added a phone with minimal service. And what they did was switch my service to minimal so receiving two phones with minimal and paying for a wonderful and a minimal put me out $250 I told they needed to put my plan to the $49 plan because I do my business on the phone and I need the service she refused . It was their fault she said well it says here I don't care what it says they had no business checking my phone I never mentioned my phone but yet they switch the service mention my phone all they had to do was add the phone and put minimal service to that phone so I'm out to service cuz they will not give me service I need until the next pay. They said I had to wait till I said I can't wait and they said I have to pay for more service then which puts me up about another $10. I was on the phone for over an hour and a half is she hung up on me I will not recommend the service to anyone
they cant understand anything u say and u have to repeat and explain what your saying means, sometimes i pay and it says i dont have data so u constantly have to call them back
I paid for the Truly Unlimited before I went to bed. The next day I had no data. So I payed to add a gig of data, and after over $60.00 still no data. Cheap plans is not always the way to go if the service sucks.
I hate it
Second only to boost mobile, this the worst service I've ever used in Englewood, Florida. Data speeds fluctuate randomly between fast, slow and non existent. Doesn't really matter where I am in town, what time of day, etc. I will be switching to Verizon prepaid on Tuesday.
I purchased a phone from this carrier and got the 50$ plan hoping o do some gaming but the internet speeds are just straight up trash. Its only good after 12:00 AM and i should already be sleeping by then
have a I-phone since july, 2019, the internet works good in some places, but service is cut off before end of month if I have 500 mg left or less, this time was on christmas day, calls don't go through either, my other phone can't call this phone, making it absolutely worthless, could be a NSA trap, but suspect it's the T Mobile/Sprint merger shucking customers
I had a great experience with Walmart Family Mobile. The chat represenatives were quick to help. I needed a smaller SIM card and so I requested one from an employee. They put in an order for a free one and I got to keep my phone number!
I was recommended walmart family mobile by a friend. I wanted a decent service but it just wasn't that good. Phones they offered were poor quality too.
I've had the unlimited talk and data plan for a little over a year. It's just not limited. After a certain point my data was cut off. Not exactly limited is it?
Wal-mart Family Mobile has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm a Wal-mart employee who purchased the service. After just a couple of weeks, one of the phones died. Dealing with customer service has been a joke. Waited two hours just to be passed around five times. Wouldn't recommend.
