I recently purchased a Samsung S20 5G Ultra from Google Fi. It subsequently needed repair so I sent it to Samsung. Much to my surprise they informed me this was an "international" (gray market) phone, therefore repair would be problematic. The issue is that although the international and domestic phones have similar features, they differ internally so parts availability is an issue. I contacted Google many times but was unable to resolve this issue. The only thing customer service offered was "If you had purchased the phone protection package...." This is not an issue of who pays for repair, it is getting repair at all. Google should NOT be selling gray market phones, period.

No Fuss Billing
The billing is simple. I just pay $20 per month, and $10 per GB of data. The pricing also stays the same if you're going to another country. Loving the hangouts integration.
