Never get a phone on lease from them! I got one and then tried to change the plan on it to a different Total Wireless Plan. They bricked the phone and I have been working three weeks to restore service to it.
During this time, two of the other phones have "magically" reverted to 2G service during the month even with 96GB fast data left. Getting the 4G data restored to the phones is PAINFUL because they go through an hour of trying to prove it is your phone and not them that is the issue.
I have had Tracfone for years and the service was .. eh but nothing like this. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.

Their customer service would be terrible if you could reach someone who you can understand and in this continent. I don't care if you are India, but please enunciate your words so I can understand you through your accent and I will do the same thing.
Also, they will not port your number over if you are at the end of your monthly period, I was on my last day and they said that the port would not be complete by the end of my month so I had to buy an entire month of service for a few minutes. No matter what your problem is they give the same answer "I'm so sorry but there is nothing I can do for you." Then why the hell are you here if you can't do anything except answer the phone!?!?!?
