Lousy service will not fix their mistakes
I added a phone with minimal service. And what they did was switch my service to minimal so receiving two phones with minimal and paying for a wonderful and a minimal put me out $250 I told they needed to put my plan to the $49 plan because I do my business on the phone and I need the service she refused . It was their fault she said well it says here I don't care what it says they had no business checking my phone I never mentioned my phone but yet they switch the service mention my phone all they had to do was add the phone and put minimal service to that phone so I'm out to service cuz they will not give me service I need until the next pay. They said I had to wait till I said I can't wait and they said I have to pay for more service then which puts me up about another $10. I was on the phone for over an hour and a half is she hung up on me I will not recommend the service to anyone

customer service, speed is like dial up,
they cant understand anything u say and u have to repeat and explain what your saying means, sometimes i pay and it says i dont have data so u constantly have to call them back
