The price is unbeatable, although there's room for improvement in coverage. That said, it's not a knock on Mint Mobile's service specifically, as even Verizon in my area faces the same connectivity issues in remote areas. Overall, enhanced coverage would just be a nice bonus.

While there's a fair amount of negative chatter about Mint Mobile, my personal experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The service has saved me more than $360 annually, and not only is the coverage superior, but my phone now also supports 5G. With my previous carrier, they insisted I buy one of their 5G-compatible phones to access this feature, which I found ridiculous.

I lost my phone, so I requested a replacement Sim from Mint Customer Service. They said it will take 2-3 business days to receive it. It was 1,5 months ago and I haven’t received it. I called them two weeks ago and they promised that this time I will receive it in 2-3 business days. I even got a ticket number: TECOPSJSD-247081. I still haven’t received my Sim card and CS doesn’t respond to my phone calls so from my part I will simply go to another Phone Company and leave here on the net as… many bad reviews to Mint Mobile as many I can.
