Rural areas have poor reception but...
The network is good but needs a little improvement. Reception is poor in the more rural areas but it's really good in suburbs and cities. Other than that problem I really enjoy the service, especially the international perks.

Their coverage map isn't correct
When I moved to Alaska I thought the data network would work in Fairbanks (I checked to be sure. They have partner 4G LTE service there.). Turns out they don't. I called them in hopes of trying to rectify the issue but couldn't get a hold of them.
