I switched from ATT and have never regretted it.

I live in the middle of a pasture with very litle service and with a phone booster I have never missed a call or have any trouble calling when I need to. I recommend it to everyone. Customer service is great and patient and can actually speak english. Thankyou for providing this service at a very reasonable price.

I have had pure talk for over a year now. The price is great, never had any trouble with my service. Will continue to use.

The save you money, however..

Pros: they do save your money, their customer reps are US based and are sincere in their mission to help.

Cons: (Old news) when tried to move 2 phones from AT&T last year is took to day to get a Sim Card debacle squared away with the end result being I still have a Phone on AT&T due to how Pure Talk sent the SIM Card lose, I ate the cost of the sim card and it took many ours of phone time and over 2 days to correct. Fast forward to toady, wanted to add a New Line and buy a Flip Phone for an elderly family member. Spent 45 min on line trying to add a $20 per month line and buy the $50 advertised Flip Phone. After contacting the very Customer Rep, she also failed after the 1st 12 minutes to get the Pure Talk systems to take the order. Than afer t more minues, the phone parce was $139, not the $50 online that was for "New Customers"..

So, Pure Talk did not get any new business from me and I am at the point of once agine looking at all my options as My wife's phone is still n AT&T for nearly $60 per month I need a new phone for a elderly parent and Pure Talk seems focused on something other then consumer needs!

It does not work well on I phone 7 poor service

I switch from a long time customer of AT&T with a crazy wonderful grandfather rights plan that I can never get back! I switched to Pure Talk because of the price of AT&T going up up up! However the quality of service is poor poor poor at Pure Talk I have a 6G plan with unlimited texting and talking. Inevitably, once a month my phone just shuts down on the conversation and when I try to call the dropped call back I get a voice recording saying I am out of minutes for voice time. I have to call customer service and have them restart their clock. However that plan does not apply to me but it shuts me down almost every month. I guess according to the periodic table is you can only make 999 calls a month and when I make that 1000 call the phone quits. They have not been able to figure this out since I signed up in July 2022 also there is another problem. They assured me my iPhone 7 would have no problem with the Pure Talk cellular data. However likely I only get two bars maximum, when it drops to one I have no phone contact whatsoever. Investigating further with a customer Text Support she says it’s because my phone is a 4G not a 5G. They assured me it was a 5G when I signed up and I would not need to replace my phone to become a Pure Talk user. This is all been very very disappointing. Yes it is inexpensive but no it is not good service at all!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

From day one, the internet didn't work. When you call them, they offer an insulting $5 credit on your next bill. That doesn't even cover the service you pay for a month, that you can't use. Their people are pleasant, but their service beyond sucks.

Think twice

Pure Talk has been a nightmare so far. If I had not ported my number over I would have cancelled and demanded money back. They took several days to process my order so the phone arrived late. Once it did arrive, the phone that was sent did not work at all. After 4-5 customer people they gave me a shipping label to send the bad phone back and they were supposed to ship a new one. When I did not get the shipping confirmation I reached out. Then customer service said they had to get the phone back first. Luckily I sent it, but it did not matter. Once they received it they still would not send a replacement. Then I was told it would take 5-7 days to process the return before they would start the process of sending a replacement. I’m almost a week in and still no phone. I honestly don’t know whether to blame bad processes or service but something is broken with this company. They issued credits which I appreciate but it’s still all worthless without a phone. At this point I still have no time frame of when I will actually receive a phone to start service.

pathetic, the worst experience with a company

beyond disappointing, when you finally get to a person, they are good but nothing they say is supported by this ,company. never got connected but was charged anyway. isn't that theft?

Pure Talk removes hotspot

I've been with Pure Talk for about a year and I've always been able to use hot spot until a a couple of weeks ago. It just won't work.

I called tech support and after a very long hold time, the tech told me that they had to reload my hot spot and should be working in 24-48 hours.

It's been about a week and it still doesn't work. Now I called them today and was told my plan does NOT include hot spot!!!

I told them it always worked and it DID include hot spot. Now all their plans have changed and they've REMOVED hot spot making you pay MORE for that feature.

This is a bait and switch scam!

They sell you a plan then they remove the feature and tell you it was never included.

I am going elsewhere and taking all my 3 lines away from this company. NOT trust worthy!
