Unreal Mobile SIM Card Kit

not work 5G only 4G on Samsung A32 G5 called unreal and they said only work on Iphone not Android and wont refund money ..

I used them for almost 9 Months w/the 3-Month Plan.

Unreal has been the most HORRIFIC Mobil Experience ever!

1--You CAN'T use their services w/o an APP, literally is a Voip Service ONLY.

2---App CRASHES Constantly when trying to Dial-Out or on a Call

3--Customer service is ONLY Via:

Forums / Live Text Chat or E-mail no Real Live Person to speak to not AFTER your a Member

4--The Live Chat 99.9 1/2% of the Time Don't Know or Can't Help, they send your issues to an ( e-mail Back n Forth reply ONLY Customer Service ) which can take Many Days or a Weeks or 2 because your going Back n Forth waiting on e-mail replies.

The last time they did that they left me waiting,  I NEVER received any correspondence. 

5--I Had a Ph Number for Many Many Yrs so ALL My Contacts was connected to that number,

So I  Port it to UNREAL, They Screwed up and Forced me to use a New  Number, making me lose My Number n  ALL Contacts Permanently.

Unlimited "everything" is not data, just text and calling. But, the plan says how many GBs are included. Using it when it works is just fine at a good price. However, if you need to do anything to your account, plan on headache after headache. It's like the training the received is how to best not resolve issues and keep you on the phone as long as possible. I find working directly with major carriers to also be frustrating and annoying as they usually want me to go into the store over an hour away from my home. So, getting the run-around via slow chat or heavy accent phone calls (sometimes too heavy to understand with a lot of background voices) is a trade-off for paying less. I only have to call in once a year … hopefully less than that now. Terrible website. Not very intuitive. Very glitchy. Online chat - very slow. They waste 20-30 minutes of your time before "escalating" any problem to the technical department which is just a black hole. Don't bother calling it. It's just the chat in voice form. To drag it out, expect to be transferred several times, repeat yourself, and go on hold for 60% or more of the time while they "research" anything.

This service is a damn joke. It's good for texting and calls but you can only do that in the UNREAL app. I can't receive calls!

SIM delivered super quick! Good customer service! Had a technical issue at first but it's since been solved and now I'm loving the service!

Unreal SUCKS. I was unable to activate my phone and that's where it ended for me. Moved onto Mint Sim.

Process was really quick and painless! So far have had no issues.

It's Unreal all right! It's unreal because of the pricing! So low!
