Everything. Internet is always down.

Internet is always down. But yet I got the best package and fastest internet package? LIES! On hold for hours trying to speak to a technician. Worst experience I have ever had, but yet doesn't mind taking $148 dollars out of my account every month.

NO ONE ever answers the phone!!!

My service is out in the guest bedroom. 30 minutes and still NO ONE answering the phone. I've had to regular unplug and reset my receiver, only now that is no longer solving the problem. I called about my bill, could never get anyone to answer the phone, sooooo guess I'll pay it when they fix my service... if that ever happens.Do not switch to these guys, you'll be miserable.

Television and long wait on phone to customer serv

HOA changed providers. I changed my internet back to Xfinity. Long wait on hold to customer service. Once you do get through they are very knowledgeable and always solve the problem.

Terrible service, overpriced

Never get a hold of anyone. Nickel and diming. superficial and overcharges. Someone will sur. classaction. I see it coming.

Customer service

There call line sucks. you will spend hours on the phone before someone answers, the music sucks also. Always a problem between TIVO and Atlantic BB. Spent 20 hours with techs 2 weeks ago to fix problem. Now TIVO is out again. No one answering their help line. Just had my Automatic payment made and noticed my bill increased $5 again this month and last month and I'm receiving less services without the TIVO operating. Man is Capitalism great or what?

You wait & wait for Customer service they suck!

Tried many times at different times of day to get support on the phone! Endless music loop for hours!!! They obviously do not care about their customers!

Phone service is terrible it keeps dropping calls and there prices are ridiculous . trying to contact them is impossible.

Costs

October 2020 bill went up about 20%. Atlantic Broadband added a 10 dollar franchise fee, 1 dollar for paper billing, box rental went from 4 to 8 dollars, and service prices also increased. Enough is enough. I am canceling their service, and going satellite or internet tv. My bill went from $178.00 to $214.00.

unreliable

This was a good service, but over the last several months it has numerous drop outs. Goes back, but make watching steaming video unpleasant. This occurs during bad weather. Why? Who knows.

Very poorly described add-on costs

90 year old father subscribes to the services and cannot understand the uplift costs for their 'money saving bundles'. The internet site does not explain what individual services like digital plus tier and what it includes. Any changes to reduce cost of overall bill by reducing services requires a call to customer service. I wish my father had alternative choices in his area - I would drop Atlantic in a minute.

All their other equipment doesn't work either.

Even though we pay for faster internet service, we have slow and very intermittent connections. Streaming movies buffer constantly. At least a few times a day the internet just stops and resets.

slow speed & cuts out OFTEN

My son HATES when his gaming suddenly goes out, and I'm not happy when my internet goes out.

Poor reliability

Internet is out a coupole times a day. Wifi unreliable. Hard to watch my shows when it cuts out like this.

Each and every employee has attentive and helpful. They do not swindle their customers, providing all the details of their plans without any pressure. I do not like the fees, but I do love the customer service, who have gone above and beyond for me.
