Since my internet has been installed I cannot fault the cs reps and the reliability of my internet service, but the initial installation was terrible, the technician did not seem to know what he was doing and had to come back the next day as he did not have the correct cables!

Time Warner have the best customer service reps of any company hands down! Having been a customer for a couple of years I called as I wanted to ask about getting a cheaper deal as I was replacing my old laptop which was running slow. They offered me an upgrade which would cost an extra $15 but would mean not needing to replace my laptop. And it worked! My laptop was working super fast and no issues. Saved me $100's!!

For 8 months I have checked my speed on Cnet when everything loads slowly. I sent email to myself with a print screen to prove it. If I go to TWC to check speed I regularly get much higher "speed results". I pay for 30 Mbps, I usually get less than half that and I have one screen that shows a 3.71 Mbps.

My TV cable will turn of every few hours if I am not in the room to tell it not to. "Power saver" they call it. Several times a month I get the black screen saying an interruption in my service and a phone number to call to report it. It usually takes about 10 minutes to get past their robot, to a real person.

I've had TWC for over 3 years with my bill doubling in that time. I tried to turn off the phone and extra TV channels but the people I have talked with, tell me that "retail" would cost even more without those services.

We have had Time Warner for several years. The reception on our HD TV with HD DVR boxes is the worst. Daily we have anything from pixelating, to poor sound to blank screen and cannot watch anything. We spend over $150 per month for the terrible service.

If you are considering switching to Time Warner think again. We have no choice in our area so we are switching to Satellite.

I loved TWC when I had it in Texas because of the On Demand. It's one of the only services that doesn't require you have internet to access, or maybe they do but I just didnt' notice because the bill was so low. I also love the fact that TWC has the bundling options through the same company so it's not just integrated billing. I thought TWC was very decent for the pricing. Other than that though, I would always prefer Directv. Though they have a lot of service issues all the time and signal loss. BUT I love their remote with the ON Demand Button. .... ..

I have always been pleased with my service with Time Warner Cable and I've had my internet with them for 3 years now. The internet speeds have always been great until last month when everyday at different times of the day my internet speeds were dropping. I called the tech support and the representative I spoke to could not have been more helpful. He was very professional and fixed the issues in around 2 minutes.

From the moment I signed up to TWC I should have known it was going to be a disaster. The installation was delayed at least twice and when it was finally installed we notcied we had been billed for 2 months before we had even started using their service! We did finally manage to get a refund, but since then they have also increased our monthly rate without even pre-warning us.

I have a phone and internet service with TWC and I am so disppointed. The service is going down constantly and when I try to call technical support the wait time is always about 30 minutes before I even get to speak to a technical rep, who are also really unhelpful.

I've been with Time Warner cable for a few months and working shifts my main source of tv is On Demand and I have never seen up to date episodes on there, why is my On Demand not updating? I've tried contacting customer support and they have been no help.If I go onto ABC to login, Time Warner is not listed! They did help last week when I called to ask them why I could not get HBO and within a few hours it was all set up. I guess it's just luck who picks up the phone when you call.
