Having programs that can drop the price of a service goes a long way in becoming an affordable option in the industry. However, the cheapest provider isn't always the best choice.
Services and Features
Some companies offer services that are consistent with industry standards and struggle to provide anything that sets them apart. On the other hand, some companies strive to innovate within their industries, offering new programs and features that serve to make them an attractive option. This is what we look for; the providers that have features designed with the customer in mind.
This is an often overlooked factor. If everything about your service goes right, you may never have to talk to customer service. However, if you have questions or problems that need addressing, you'll want to deal with an excellent customer service department. We like to see live chats, 24/7 availability, and multiple avenues to get in touch via phone and email. BBB ratings, ACSI rankings, and Trustpilot scores also help indicate that a company deals with complaints from its customers. A high score is not a perfect indicator, but a very low score is definitely a red flag.
Catches and Requirements
