The experience was exceptional in every way. The quality of the phone service, professional attention, and thorough communication throughout the set up process the best. I also like the fact that the phone connects in about 3 seconds after dialing. Compared to other major providers, this service is just what a landline home user needs.
Very understanding of seniors needs
I just needed an economical landline phone for my mom's room at Assisted Living, and this was much less expensive. It was also more easily portable than the local landline carrier.
I am very satisfied with Community Phone's service
I got the base and phone for my mom as she is elderly and having issues with the cell phone not being reliable. She is so happy now! She can receive calls and hear me when I call her. I appreciate the helpful people that helped me get everything ordered and answered all my questions.
Outage not communicated
Reported an issue with my base on Friday 6/10/22. Customer support said that they would send a new base unit. Today is Wednesday. After emailing for several days asking for information about shipping, it is now been 5 days without phone service. Finally a response today from customer support stating that they have a network outage which will go on for another day or two. So no phone service for a week!! Glad my back-up is with Verizon!!
Reliable service, great support
Needed landline service for my mom but the only options were internet-based. Not an option for her. Community Phone rep was patient explaining how it works, she got the base in the mail in a few days and was able to hook it up herself. Connects to cell towers, which is not what I was looking for originally but works just fine and lets her keep her landline phone. Highly recommend!

Straight-forward hookup, no problems with good caller ID and message retrieval beats CenturyLink landline costs and service.

Terrible customer service
Customer service needs alot of training. They work from home and are not focused on the task. Im canceling my service. All I wanted to do was switch debit card.
