Reward longtime customers
Unless something drastic happens, I will always be a faithful customer to Dish. I have never had a problem with their service and as a long time customer we have reiceived many rewards over the years for being a loyal customer.
Bad customer service for longtime customers
Having been a customer of Dish for 4 years, I wanted to add it to my teenagers 2 rooms in the house. So when I called Dish they told me to do this I would have to sign a 24 month contract, I refused to sign a contract and be tied in again, so I asked to speak to a supervisor and was on the phone for an hour, but they are adament they will not do it unless you sign another contract. So I am currently looking to change companies, even though I will have to be tied into a contract, I would rather it be with a company who respects their long term customers.
We were so unhappy with our previous provider and so my friend recommended DISH to me. I called them up and not only was it good customer service but they have save us over $80 a month! Plus the picture and internet quality is so much better.
Great service and price point
I love dish. I have bounced around from cable providers Att, Frontier, Directv, there is no value that can compare to dish and the services they offer. I feel though that there needs to be a 1 year contract option as well as there needs to be less wait Time for moving service. I'm a computer programmer so there needs to be more smart device applications like comcast.
