I bought a Galaxy A51, dual sim, and wanted to use Altice Mobile, but they wouldn't let me UNLESS I bought the phone from them! It's the same phone, but they want me to spend over 600.00 to join their service, WOW! What a rip-off!! it would take over 10 years to break even, do they think we are stupid? My advise is stay away, don't get taken by their low price.

I dumped Verizon rip off service over a year ago. Very happy with Altice service.

I was enticed to switch from Tmobile (which I'd used for years/ no problems) with a promise of lower cost and 5G networkonmynew phone. I was given options as to which phone. i chose a Samsung, as that's what I'm used to. Well, new phone is NOT 5G capable. That , and the difficulty I had in activatinghas me feeling "HAD"

I've used other pre-paid carriers (Cricket, AT&T) and for the quality of service and the amount of information given (unlimited) this is by far the best bargain I've found. limited phone selection otherwise I am very pleased.

They said I have 5g service in my area. I signed a 3 year contract and I have no service. I have a circle with a line through it for service. I have another service and pay them every month for an unusable plan. This is the worst service I have ever used, ever, do not sign a contract with Altice mobile.

The service has not worked consistently since i've had it. It is the worst service in the universe. two cans and some string are a better service. Run away!!

Sales quoted package that was false. Contacting someone who speaks English and is knowledgeable is impossible. I had to pay $70 for a phone that I didn't want and for service I never used. I fought for 2 months and finally just paid the amounts they said were due to make the problem go away. You can never speak to a supervisor, billing dept or go to an office in person.

I ordered the SIM card and I wasn't able to use the SIM card because of the fact that I brought my phone from a different carrier. And I tried to cancel it but they told me I have to wait 2 billing cycles just to cancel it and then when I did wait the 2 months they told me I couldn't cancel it or get a refund.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I tried to transfer my service over to them months ago and since paying for the service I have never been able to use their service. I’ve been charged month after month despite not using the service or getting the service to work. Every time I have tried to cancel I still end up getting charged. I’ve received the worst customer service and absolutely no help at all when trying to get everything figured out and fixed. They refused to refund my money even… when I have not been able to use the service. I received another bill today and tried to call and cancel service again and they said I would still have to pay the upcoming bill even though I’ve tried and tried to cancel and haven’t used the service. It is not worth it at all! Such a rip off! And the absolute worst customer service / company I have ever dealt with.Show more

Excellent service, for $20. a month unlimited everything for life, what is there to complain about? Been with Altice since Oct. 2019 now.

Thought we were saving money by switching to this company, but you definitely get what you pay for! Phone doesn’t work unless I’m connected to my own WiFi at home. Constantly have to reset phone due to missed calls and text messages. All messages for days come through all at once after the reset. Impossible to get ahold of anyone for customer service. Tried to switch service and the informed me they won’t send out a payoff amount until the next billing cycle which is a month away, even tho…ugh I wanted to pay full amount today. Even after the payoff amount is paid then you have to wait at least another 60 days before they will release the phone number. So even when you want to switch providers you are still stuck with them for months. My kids and myself have been left with absolutely no service on many occasions when it was really needed. Not to mention every time you get on an important phone call or any phone call for that matter that lasts longer than 2 minutes it will automatically drop your call and then you have to continue to call the person back in order to try to finish the conversation quickly before it drops again!! If you think paying $20/month is a bargain, think again. You're really paying for wifi, which you already have. Unless you're connected to wifi, get ready for slow or nonexistent data and dropped calls.

Unless I am on wifi, NO MATTER WHERE I AM...I can hardly open anything, and when I am able to, the pages take FOREVER to load. Even if it say that I am on 5G or LTE with full bars, NOTHING...whats thje use in having a phone that I can't use??????

I never received the sim card and they charged me monthly and would not refund me despite me calling every single day to tell them I did not if fact have a my altice phone or sim card. In order for me not to be sent to a collections agency and have my credit score go down they told me I HAD TO PAY THEM!!!! IT is a complete scam. Please do not be fooled. I hope this saves some one out there their hard earned money and hours of their life that could be spent doing something other than calling cus…tomer service and going to optimum in person without getting any resolution.Show more

If hell was a cell phone carrier....I arrived the day I signed up with Altice. May God have mercy on your "cell."
