spotty connection and terrible customer service
I pay for 300 MPS and sometimes get 60. I watch streaming tv in one room and my guest has spotty internet in another room
Customer service
I am on my third TIVO within about two years and I lose all my last pass settings. But the customer service is great. It is refreshing to quickly on the phone who is knowledgeable and speaks English. That is the main reason I stay with them.
Courteous Customer Reps
I've been a customer of cable one for 3 years and they have a great courteous, knowledgable support team and although there are connection downtimes, who doesn't get that with their internet service? No internet service is perfect.
Overall service
The overall service from Cable One is excellent. The only issue I have is that I don't believe the internet speed is what we were told on signing up, but it doesn't cause any problems as with 3 kids playing games, watching movies online all at the same time, we never have any trouble.

I've been with Cable One for over 5 years now as they offer the best internet speeds in our area. However when I upgraded our plan I didn't realise the data cap on it, which is very annoying when we have hit that twice so far.

Quick Technical Response
The few times we have had issues and our internet has gone down and it can't be fixed over the phone, an experienced technician has always been out quickly and fixed the problem. They are always informative and helpful.
