on hold for ever, very poor customer service

spam text, spam calls , and cant speak to anyone at verizon about this

Customer service is terrible.

Watch your bill very closely. Customer service may tell you things are removed from your bill that never are. We were charged for services never received and spent hours on the phone with customer service to get charges removed only to have them show up again on the bill. They also added a $700 upgrade charge for a new device before giving the $700 trade in allowance for the old phone turned in, essentially canceling it out. We are switching to another provider as soon as possible. Can't imagine any being worse.

This multi million dollar corp has no sympathy

My husband passed and went to take DC to them so that I could get it changed over but they charged me to cut his phone off and said they didn't accept the DC there three trips later finally got it changed its sad that they had to charge me 79 dollars for a phone of a man that is dead and will never use it I had my own phone

They use your credit as a hostage + bad service

They use your credit as a hostage, raise the price on agreements like the laptop, and they didn't even send me a working device that I paid for months. I waited for them to send me a working device. I got tired of waiting and requested many many many times for a replacement phone with insurance that I never got. I sent them all devices since they were for business and now I am being charged $800 for a broken device and canceling service for the other one before the 30 days. Horrible Horrible Horrible company to do business with. I suggest you just save up and buy the phone you want directly from the manufacturer like Apple or Samsung. Don't make the mistake of giving Verizon the opportunity to do business with them. Disaster is waiting to happen if you do business with these people

I didn’t have spam calls before. I imported my number when I signed on with Verizon. The day my service began spam calls came in all day everyday. So they want to sell me a service to eliminate the spam.

I have been a customer for 30 years with Verizon. My business cell died and I have been waiting since Feb 28, 2022 on a overnight phone. Today, is March 14, 2022 and still no cell phone. They give you the same run around speaking with people from other countries that can't communicate even with the warehouse. I am shopping for new service today. I can't wait any long with my business line down. Good bye V...losing a customer with 7 lines.

They will try and steal money from you.

They tried billing me over a thousand dollars for a new phone I never purchased. - said they fixed my issue over a dozen times. They NEVER DID! - notes that customer service said they made do not show in the system when I ask about the same issue with a different representative. - store tablets and customer service system show different bill amounts - customer service just told me they will show a higher bill then the store

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Unlike anything I’ve ever had to deal with. I closed my account out to go with a different carrier because they would not bring over another number without them upgrading their phone as well as mine. The other number I was trying to add didn’t need upgrading, phone was still good, so I closed everything out and when trying to pay for last bill, my number and account are no longer existing so I can’t get into anything to pay, not to mention they make you go paperless in order to have a lower rate. So no, I don’t remember my account number. No one is ever available, customer service is rude, snippy, ungrateful, impatient and all around unpleasant to have to deal with. This was an awful experience and I know now why I cancelled them 10 years ago. The availability of CS, the ease of talking to CS and all around experience was AWFUL. Makes me angry.

I switched from AT&T to Verizon. What a mistake!!

No-one is there to talk to. Went into store 5 times to solve their mistakes for billing. Samsung phone has been a piece of crap, freezing all the time. Store did factory reset, because the Camera app just dropped off my phone!! Even tho I saved my data to One Drive, I found out later One Drive doesn't save Google data, so I lost all my pictures and important paperwork!!! I wanted to die!! It's been a real nightmare dealing with Verizon. NEVER EVER, EVER will I pick them again

Requested a device, they gave me a different one and was told to wait for the right one. They were going to call me when the right device arrived, they never called back so I went back and checked. They did not have it yet. So I waited and waited. When I went back again they said they did not have it. And that it was too late to exchange it. I am stuck with a device that I don’t want and a debt with the wrong device.

Verizon is no long a honest cell

I have to buy a phone because my iPhone 7 just stop. I waiting for heart transplant and need a phone. The sale man Jorge take advance that. I told to ship my iphone by UPS wish I did. I was told that the phone can damage. So I ask Verizon if it is damage send back. I was take advantage by Verizon. It use to be a good cell phone company what happen?

Promotions are a scam

I switched 5 lines, 2 had the promotion to payoff our phones they paid the less expensive one off. The one I owed alomost 400.00 on they kept telling me the bill I submitted was not correct, the same bill I sumbimtted for the other line. this went on I sent it in 3 times and now its expired!!!! they do everything the can not to pay you on the promotions!!

They do not even disserve 1 star.

I have been a customer for nearly 15 years never any issues, bill paid every single month no problems until my family got sick in December of 2021. Since January 2022 to date, I have paid over $850.00 in all of a sudden fees I know nothing about and yet not one representative has explained where they are coming from, and I have been thrown so many different amounts to pay over the last month and I still do not know what I am paying for. Verizon claims to be there for their customers during Covid, yes, they are but just to punish you and make you pay more money. This company should be ashamed of themselves and do better. I will be leaving as a customer, as soon as my devices are paid off, and I will take my business elsewhere to a company that actually cares about their customers.
