2hours and sixteen minutes replacing rental modem with my own..still not done..they are a joke
Prices increase-no notice, rude customer service
I would have given them no stars, but it wouldn't let me. These people just don't care. I have tried for 4 days to get a service person to come out to deal with issues I am having. Made a phone call and got an Indian lady with only fair English. She supposedly made me an appointment for Sunday, 8/2/2020. No one showed up. No one came on Monday so I went on-line to try to get an appointment. Was told a service rep would reply on Messenger within 30 minutes. It has now been 24 hours...nothing. I went out to the local office and the man out there was less than helpful, didn't care about my issues, and in a very sarcastic way said "have a nice day" as I left. I have too much time on my contract to just buy it out, but I will never do business comcast again. They simply don't care. Don't waste your money with this company.
Not even a customer yet and already problems with rude customer service and no one ever answers on any of the phone numbers I have for Comcast. Left online message and someone called me back. My salesperson needed training as you never argue with the client about their already existing service. Also if the sales person says they going to email you they should email it to you. Also if you're doing sales from home don't let your kids play with the phone, hitting buttons...that makes it impossible to hear what the sales person is saying. Also when calling Comcast for Xfinity, unbeknowst to me I'm sent to DISH?
Poor Customer Service
Comcast will not port my landline from my old home to new. All VOIP service providers are able to port the number but NOT Comcast - a VOIP company. The reason given is there internal process and technology. Have escalated issue with FCC. Indication of how old there technology is.
company doesn't listen to customers
Been trying for OVER A MONTH to get billing issues fixed with NO success. Truly Pathetic! Can not wait to set up another service since they're plenty out there especially since I live in Comcast Xfinity's corporate location city where you'd THINK they'd be attentive. NOT! What a crock, Stay Away customers who haven't signed up yet!

How can they keep removing channels without notice(can only have it for extra charge)when it was part of my package and they still charge the same
poorest customer service of any company in the US
always "were experiencing difficulty on our end". check your cable connections. typical copout for poor service. I would give them a zero if I could.
