I purchased a certified refurbished Note 9 phone. I couldn't tell it was used and it carried some great features. It was also unlocked, and activating with another carrier was a smooth and easy process. Only problem I have with the Note 9 is the facial recognition. It is not secure!
I wanted the blue colored Note 9 but instead got the purple. I got a refund
I'm really impressed with my refurbished note9. When I lost my Note5, I didn't know what to do about a replacement. Everything was just too pricey. Fortunately, a refurbed Note9 was much cheaper compared to a new phone, so I pulled the trigger on it. There's such a huge learning curve between the Note5 and the Note9 but so far I've been enjoying it!
You can't beat the price on a refurbished Note9. So glad I made the switch from Apple to Samsung!
