Spectrum Mobile Phone Plans: Starting at $25 per month

I am a current costumer of theirs I am really really having like the worse experience ever, phone signal is crap, speed of the internet for my are is crap, treatment from the costumer service real real bad, the added extra services to my account and when I called to tell them off they made me pay most of it I wasn't even aware those services existed until I saw my bill, so turns out they added deliberately some tv services to my account completely unauthorized I had to pay for them, I bought a phone with the credit promise if I send mine in exchange, they sent me the wrong label and the phone ended up somewhere else and they are making me pay for it too, their costumer service lied to me many times and always another person comes up to wash up their hands, highly not trustworthy services are simply not okay, and they won't help you when a real problems comes by so stay away from them, I live in Cudahy California and my name is Ricardo nieto, I mentioned this information so they know who I am when they see this, also they fix everything so you can't do anything legally so beware of them, between them and t-mobile go to tmobile

Apple features call waiting and call forwarding are deleted from the iPhone when their SIMM card is installed. Notifications fail to work, especially on secondary authorizations that provide the 'six-digit code.' The price is, w/o question great, but cellular service is bad. Perception shows that the reps don't know their job as a rep in actual mobile centers that deal with nothing but mobile issues. I sadly left Spectrum to go to T-Mobile.

Calls going to VM even when service was available, texts not received or sent, CS totally clueless. Experienced these same issues after switching from Samsung to Apple iPhone. I laugh when I see their Tv ads. Back on US Cellular prepaid and happy with service and CS.
