Have to call another number to talk to a landline rep. Would think if you bundled internet and phone the same rep could help youl
Nothing is right, too pricey
In 4 years my package price rose from 67 dollars to 204. No help except "promotions" which expire and then the price keeps going up.
Am a loyal customer and they wont even negotiate a good price for us to stay with them. They put us down in the u200 channels and took away alot of channels and gave me a price that i dont think it is worth it!! i had u300 plus showtime and they raised the bill clear up from 118 to 191 and i will not pay that, now they wont give us the u300 back unles we pay up to 156 dollars! THATS TOO MUCH TO PAY!! I AM THINKING OF GOING TO ANOTHER COMPANY SOON.. jUST GOTTA CHECK AND FIND THE ONE WHO WILL NEGOTIATE A GOOD PRICE FOR US! I AM NOT HAPPY AT THIS TIME!!
Mother , 90 + years old pays over $70. 00 a month for a landline that she hardly uses. Of course we understand AT & T and other providers want to stop Landline service. But, the elderly do not use internet and cannot afford Cable TV . AT& T and other providers are supposed to be Public Service Utilities but they’re a bunch of monopolizing Racketeers gouging the elderly and low income. How sad they are !
price goes up and up and up
This AT&T is not the 'good mother Bell' that I worked for!!! I called to question my October bill because a promotional plan was removed without any notice. They back billed me a month, plus billed the current month. So the rep must have had a bad morning and the answer was to disconnect my entire AT&T service bundle. But then they also billed me for 27 more days in the billing cycle ahead because they don't prorate your charges from the time they disconnect until the end of the billing period. I would never recommend AT&T to anyone ever!!!! Worst service!!!
had U verse for two years, was told I couldn't go back to Basic phone service. Took me two years to find out from an honest representative what I was told was a lie. so now I have basic phone service that start out as $37 a month and after all their fees and a lot of features I don't use or need I now pay $50. Only feature I want is caller ID so I wont have to answer all these robot, scammer calls. The only reason I'm with at&t and not cable phone is the fact that when the power goes out I can still use my phone. I'm really leaning toward taking my chances and letting them go.
constantly lie about high speed internet but still charge you for it. Can't stream anything because it's too slow. They are good about raising your prices though.
Horrible, prices for just a landline for an 85 year old astronomical. Customer service not helpful and rude unless you want to bundle everything with them. If you can actually talk to someone with a pulse.

Had DirecTV for years and loved it until it was acquired by AT&T. BAD INTERFACE and MANY MORE COMMERCIALS
landline went out all the time and they were in no hurry to fix it. Although they were more than willing to take my money each month with both fists and you have to buy out of their contract to get rid of them. they were horrible.
My grandma has been with att for decades. The price fitted up and up. Currently charging her over $80 a month for basic landline with no internet our any other features. Looking at the bill her phone calls only add up to about $15 with the rest being fees. Would give a negative score of possible.
I signed up with AT&T because it was $15 cheaper than what I had and the sales guy said it was faster. He also said that I could cancel any time and there was no contract. Well, it was not nearly as fast as what I had and, since I stream TV, internet speed was very important. When I went to cancel, they said that I would be accessed a $135 early exit charge. When I told them that I was told that I could cancel anytime without charge, they informed me that it's right there buried in the pages of "terms and conditions" that they hope nobody closely reads. They said that perhaps they could speed things up if I'd give them another chance. I told them that I would happily pay the $135 to disassociate myself with such a dishonest company.
A little over one year ago got U-verse and fiber internet. Was told if bundled and auto pay, rate would not increase. 11 months later, notified rate would increase by 50 bucks. Then given run around with customer support for 7-8 calls. Needless to say, my bill eventually went up by more than stated, and was not eligible for ANY promos. They don’t care about customers. I would recommend never joining, or if already joined stopping at the year when rates go up.. I did move within the year. Not only did my rate go up as it was over a year, they hit me with a cancellation fee for internet as this “promo” was renewed with the move. they don’t care
For almost 2 weeks now, I haven't had any cable services. For 2 years, U-verse tech support has screwed with my service. Cut offs of service, repeated cable service trouble with pixelated screens, signals lost & freezes. Want to send a tech but has never been needed, they have only had to reset my cable all the 2 years long. I won't have a tech home because I'm afraid he'll damage the lines & charge me $99.00.
Bill constantly increasing every month
I moved to ATT Uverse in 2016. It was great at first. Bout 4 months in I started having issues with no signal (low band with ) I've had 5 boxes replaced and had 8 service calls. They say nothing is wrong with lines or router this past time. Everything worked great for bout hour. Until the tech left. Since 9/20/19 I've literally had it go out 37 times. They said it must be on our end. Saying that we have too many devices streaming at same time and so fourth. I work from home, and I literally keep everything off during the day but laptop. I couldn't check email with out it going out. Its like clockwork, it has its own shutdown schedule. Not Kidding! It cuts out at 930am then at 11am and again at 1 and then 4 and sometimes around 9pm. This is every single day! Please HELP ME!!
When I call and talk to someone and tell them about it they just keep saying the same thing. We can not do any thing for you because they don't have a promo going. I left the other suppler because they starter doing the same thing! Now it looks like I might have to change again! When they come out with a new promo for new customers and it is a lot lower then what your paying it just bits me! I'm 84 years old and on a fixed income you would think they would work with the older people. We have been with Att for over 50 years!
too much down time service people have the most unbelievable excuses
Cust Svc automated and never get to talk to real person. Just goes round and round in automated fashion.
Just signed up and already have major issues with contacting supposedly US based representatives. They pass the buck, no one takes responsibility for ANYTHING and ships you to other departments to get rid of you
