When I first had AT&T I loved it, but recently the reliablity has dropped and my internet connection goes about once every couple of months and the price increases are ridiculous. I will be looking to change, but would go back to AT&T if they upgraded their service and dropped the price.

When I got a suspicious pop up on my internet I called the AT&T support number and the lady on the end was very lovely and professional and checked everything for me before reassuring me that everything was fine. Sometimes you can be on hold for a long time, but the service is worth it.

AT&T have always given me a great service, but I think their extra add ons, even for an existing customer, are ridiculously expensive. Great service but don't go for add ons!

After just moving I had a really expensive bill from AT&T which was much more than I was told my package would be. I called the customer services and the rep was fantastic. he took off everything that I did not need and not only got my first bill down but saved me money each month by customising my package better!

Uverse was a disappointment. For months on end we had failures with their Chinese made equipment. The techs are polite and helpful, however, some at the Presidents Office need an attitude adjustment.

ATT is horrible. I work at a call center and anytime I get an ATT call I cringe and die a little inside because it's always a customer calling and complaining about the price and service. NOT a good company and only available in 21 states. If you can get them, they are overpriced and they suck. And the CSR's are so ridiculously untrained on their own services...

Fantatstic service from At&t , I've had my internet service with them for only just over a year but their service and tech support is the best. Any problems and they are fixed within minutes or they will send someone out the next day.

Not RecommendedNoneInternet speeds less than what you pay for

When my contract expires I will definitely be switching providers as I pay for a service I do not get. My internet speeds are permanetly 30% less then what I am paying for and trying to stream anything is a nightmare. The technical support team have been no help.
