No complaints!
I have absolutely no complaints. The service is both affordable and reliable.
It's my first month and this is the worse service
I paid my bill and I have no data, I called customer service and they making me troubleshooting my phone when clererly they didn't restart my monthly data
No comparison to other carriers
At $300 per year, this plan is unrivaled, easily better than the likes of Mint Mobile and Tello. It's the Boost Mobile offer the best prepaid plans in the U.S., in my view. I've compared it to offerings from other carriers-Mint Mobile, Tello, Ultra Mobile, Metro, and even Verizon-and none come close to matching my plan with Boost Mobile
awful customer service
Every time I reached out to customer support I had a bad experience. Tried to get my phone unlocked they were unable to do so. Very difficult to deal with this company.
Stay away go with Any other provider
My iPhone has constant issues with sending and receiving text messages from my contacts. Sometimes it takes all day for a message to come through and then I have missed whatever the message contains. I’m switching back to Visible from Verizon because I didn’t have any issues with them and only switched to Boost Mobile because they were offering a new Motorola Moto 5g stylus for $10. That phone is may be a decent phone but it’s always been slow performance even after a factory reset.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RIP OFF
I switched my services to them and I went a whole week without service. They kept telling me to give it 24 hours and the services should be activated. After 4 days of no service I contacted them again and all they could say was, "Keep waiting. The services should be on soon." Finally I got fed up and went with another company and got activated within 30 minutes. I took the phone back to Boost and asked for a refund and they wouldn't take the phone back or refund me for a phone the…y couldn't get to activate. They even tried another phone and it didn't work either. $131 down the drain. Never again will I think about dealing with Boost. They are pure junk. There's no way to talk to management because they know they rip a lot of people off. Lesson learned. Always read reviews.
Boost is a HORRIBLE company
Boost is a HORRIBLE company to deal with, I have filed a complaint with the FCC as well as the BBB and elsewhere. It took me almost 5 days to get 2 numbers ported over, what's worse YOU have to do all the legwork, get your account number, transfer PIN, maybe call the previous carrier etc. Calling Boost is painful as it could be, it takes over 6 minutes just to get through their phone menu and then you will be put on hold many times, switched probably at least 3 times. Chat is no be…tter... good luck reaching a human. I spent probably 10 hours on the phone and chat to get nowhere. Spent 5 hours at their store the first day. Then after they finally got my number switched they put a 5G card in a 4G phone making my contact list disappear (it's a known issue with this phone). When I went back to the local store the 6th time asking can they put a compatible SIM card in there they refused saying "that one works if you can make/receive calls and texts" I said yes perhaps it works but it caused another problem, they didn't care and tried to sell me another SIM card also saying it probably won't work. It cost me over $100 for all this, driving a total of 240 miles back and forth to the store. I've never had such a bad experience in my many years of using various services. They should not be permitted to offer their service, cell phones can be critical for some of us. Moving to ATT ASAP who said I need to transfer PIN, account numbers etc. they will do the work.
The customer service is the worst
I’ve called 6 times and my phone is still off and they keep hanging up on me
The worst customer service .
Network down. had to pay in store cost $4.00 more. why was that. The girl in the store was very nice . but if you call customer service they are not helpful at all. I am thinking about going to another carrier.
Horrible cell phone company
Was lied to and extra charged employee negligence. Very poor customer service and poorly trained.
Terrible Company.Bad service ,hard to communicate
When I get a new phone it's such a Hassle have to call them several times for days.Language barrier's make it extremely difficult to communicate and resolve issues. They switch things up on my phone, lock me out of my voicemail etc.And it takes days of frustration to try to get it fixed/ resolved.Im switching my biz plans and Family plans to another company.Beyond fed up with Boosts BS!
Buyer Beware! No data or MMS, and no refund!
3 weeks ago, my teenage daughter informed me that she had run out of data for the month -- meaning no more mobile data or MMS messages. I went to the Boost Mobile website and purchased the 1GB AddOn so it would continue to work; the purchase went through, but the data wasn't applied to her plan. We've contacted Customer Support on 5 different occasions and spent more than 4 hours on the phone, but no one has been able to help (ticket #1034472). We've been told the ticket has b…een escalated, but other than that answers are hard to come by. Unfortunately, things got worse today. As part of the troubleshooting process, they sent us a new SIM card. We connected with support, had the IMEI and ICCID added to the account, inserted the new SIM, and now her phone can't receive calls or SMS messages either. I understand that technical glitches happen and can be difficult to resolve -- I write computer code for a living. But it's been THREE weeks. This past weekend, she missed out on an activity with friends because MMS messages won't load. And tonight she started a new job, but left her phone here with me as I try to find someone who can help. Our family of 4 signed up for the 12-Month Unlimited Talk & Text +1GB plan in July, so we're in it to the tune of $400. I'm not interested in a refund -- I'd rather that the service worked -- but if we can't get the phone to work, a refund might be in order?
Fast shipping. A++++
Bought a prepaid card. Shipped really fast and easy to activate. Took me 10 min.
Rude customer service reps, doesn't even work
It doesn't work. I used Boost before with no problems but when I tried to come back to it with a new sim and everything the sim didn't accept my phone. I tried talking to customer support by the person handling my case was rude and nasty toward me. I don't know if they were having a bad day or not, all I know is that boost sucks.
A good value.
Cheap and reliable. Good service for the money.
Excellent product
It's a great product. I had problems with activation but they've guided me through the process, 1 step at a time. Just make sure your phone is unlocked! If you're able to, get a Boost prepaid card when it's $15 because you'll get 5GB for that amount. And it supports 5G! You're welcome!
My phone can't activate it.
Not worth it. Can't activate. Don't buy it unless you want to waste money.
An excellent carrier now
I used to use Boost but then they became too expensive compared to its competitors. I tried them again after hearing they've revamped their branding. Service is a leap in improvement since I've left. The network is much faster with 5G support. It's still very affordable making it an extremely valuable service.
Fast network at a good deal!
It's a good deal! Fast network witth excellent coverage.
Budget friendly carrier
Great carrier, ez to set up took 15 min. A good plan for when your on a budget.
