Customer service is great. I have only had 1 rep that had no idea what was going on or how to solve the issue. All the others are VERY knowledgeable!! Only other is is when you run out of "high speed data" it drops to the speed of old 2g speeds. Less than 1by1mbps. Can't even track my kids phones on that speed. BUT the unlimited is $35 and gives 20gb of "high speed data" whether your on 4g LTE or 5G. Other than that it works well on Verizon network. If they could just up… their "low speed data"Show more

I'm a senior citizen and found the number porting process to Twigby incredibly smooth, without a single hitch. Prior to the switch, I reached out to their customer service through both chat and email. They were quick to respond and extremely helpful. Overall, a very pleasing experience.

Opting for Twigby was a smart move on my part. It's saved me a substantial amount of money, all while delivering service on par with more expensive carriers. My only gripe is the lack of direct phone support; if you have any questions, you're limited to chat support through their account.

Aside from a minor issue with receiving automated texts for a few days, due to Verizon needing to update their database with my number, Twigby has been excellent. Customer service really took the time to investigate the issue, and I eventually received a resolution. The signal quality has been outstanding, and the pricing is fantastic.

Verizon is the carrier and is known to slow speeds when their customers are using more bandwidth like from 6-9am. Mine is so slow I can't even call VM, call will not go through, phone says server busy. ? Changed phones but it didn't help, asked CS for help...now a week later and still no improvement. Beware if you're in a area with only one Verizon owned tower!

I've been a Twigby customer for quite some time now and I'm in for the long haul! The customer support is well-informed and they don't stop until they've resolved any issues I've had. As for the service itself, the coverage is consistently reliable and the pricing is fantastic.

Living on a limited income, I was searching for a way to cut costs. I'm pleased to say that not only have Twigby's customer service representatives been incredibly helpful, but the phone and service are also meeting my needs just fine. I'm extremely happy with the coverage and affordable pricing that Twigby offers. The process of transferring over was seamless. I've been recommending the service to friends and hope they keep up the excellent work.

With a growing family, I was not ready to be locked into a contract. They did not make me sign a contract, no need for on size fits all plans. Each of my kids have what I think they need and we get the best network. Was cheaper than other Verizon resellers too.

I have had Twigby for about 2 years or more now. I believe they have very good customer service. Their online chat usually has pretty fast responds and do really try to resolve your issues. My only issue is that they don't have coverage outside the U.S. I have not had any problems with coverage in PA.

They were ok until I needed costumer service, by the way only way to communicate with them is through chat online only! No # to call "real pain". Bought two phones when I first switch to them, not even a year old, they switch networks and said my phones were no longer compatible had to buy two more or I will no longer have service bought two more one did not work, they charge me $30 to exchange the phone $7 for shipping $11 to return the phone that did not work and they charge me the p…rice of the new phone till they can inspect the phone for damage. Then I found an extra charge on my bank statement for $44 they said they have no record of it so there is nothing they can do about it. I told them I will file a fraudulent charge with my bank they said if I do they will turn the service off till they can investigate and they will charge me $30 for it. Read their policies before you switch to their service (unreal!) I had enough went to switch my service to another carrier, try to port my #'s should have taken a few min. To do, but not with them it took 4 days/hours every day going back and forth with them, they gave me a different excuse every time, Filed a complaint with FCC they finally ported my numbers. Twigby's terrific. Have flexible plans and customer service is A++++

The customer service reps are really nice to work. Connection is always strong. My only gripe is that data slows down at certain parts of the day.
